@SamWhyte When I was incredibly unwell, I barely had the strength to visit the GP and knew it was pointless. On a rare occasion I did see him, he told me I couldn't be chronically unwell as he didn't see enough of me.

@Velmajinkies I have always had PMC (pre menstrual clumsiness) but yes, it's worse in peri menopause. Doesn't help I've acquired the tendency to vertigo mid life also. Walking into furniture is a bigger problem than door frames. It's like it jumps out at me!
