My time competing in Alabama and Georgia Smash. Please have some compassion and give it a read. The people I spent years competing with have ruined me, and I am special needs and don't know what else to do but tell the truth.

@jungleboypt1 I love pokemon tcg! I go to a small local nearby almost every week. It's just really, really small, so that's why I'm looking for more variety. My favorite deck is Gardevoir EX.
@everest_roy I am a black woman and got banned for not having the beliefs of the other players. Never once forced my views on others. Was respectful to everyone there. Please stop lying.
life is currently teaching me to be silent and accept what is. people will lie on you, twist the truth, blame you for their shortcomings, drag your name and believe things further from the truth even if your character has already been shown to be solid and you have to (1/2)
@RoosterH3ad True, but that doesn't bother me. Gender identity and sex are 2 different things. I think both should be respected. It's so one sided though. If regular women say anything about their needs/biology, they get instantly vilified and banned by the smash community. It's sad.
People want more women in the smash community but will then globally ban them if they have any female specific wants, needs, or opinions because if they utter anything about their own reality, they are treated like fucking Hitler reborn it's insane. Do you want us or not?
@ShadowXLaw1 And i HATE it. Because there are so many normal queer and trans people that... DON'T harass women for just..
Knowing themselves.. The smash community gives us such a bad fucking look and I can't stand it. It makes me angrier bc i am queer and *know* it's just crybullying.
@ShadowXLaw1 On god, i saw this one smash player girl tell her audience that she is biologically female because they kept asking if she was trans. She got harassed and called a fucking TERF. Like she didn't even do anything??? No mention of trans people at all??? They are so HOSTILE.
@sublucidus_ Ppls gender identities and how they choose to present themselves are valid and I don't care about that at all. But yall call women transphobic for just NOTHING, really. It's regressive and does nothing to help actual trans people.
@sublucidus_ It DOESN'T. That's the thing. It has literally nothing to do with trans people but the STRAIGHT MEN in this community (and like, froot, i guess) WILL SHAME YOU AS A TRANSPHOBE AND TRY TO GET YOU BANNED WHEN IT LITERALLY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A PERSON'S GENDER IDENTITY.
It's been about 3 years since i stopped practicing smash. I *have* moved on as much as possible and made friends and compete regularly in another community. But i know in my heart i could have helped the smash community in a uniquely special way. The pain of loss is still there.
Getting your entire career ruined by other people's lies is a trauma i would not wish on my worst enemy. I know for a fact that if I weren't surrounded by evil, dishonest people i would be an unsponsored top player, contributing so much to others who need it.
Where is @findCSRP making SoCal not count for PR since they let Samsora compete
Y'all bullied the TO that let me compete into banning me by threatening his events when i literally didn't do anything but yall let a guy who was chill around pedophiles back in after a few years
@llreigenll You're probably right. I think what i need is just a community. Im in a very rural Southern place, so it's so hard to find groups to be apart of. It doesn't need to be smash. It just sucks because smash was all I knew.
@jungleboypt1 They didn't have any reason to ban me to begin with?? A post talking about ways in which women can protect themselves does not require a universal ban, let alone a ban at all
i'm not doing well. I want to be off the csrp list. There is no reason for me to be on it. The rest of the world has nothing to do with the hillbillies in alabama bullying me out of their region. I want to follow my dreams. I don't care about this controversy.
@shkrit_up For further context, I was the one in danger. People in my region were harassing and discriminating against *me* for not sharing their beliefs. They were the ones that invaded *my* privacy. I did not do anything to a single person for the 4 years i played offline.
@shkrit_up I would go for defamation. Before they altered it, they cited that i was banned for privacy invasion, discrimination, cyberbullying, and, violence. I did none of that. Being on the list itself and labeled "a danger to the entire community" itself is also just.. no.
They told me that they don't have any power to remove me from the list (would NOT hold up in court) and that I'd have to talk to the AL TOs.
1. What are you supposed to do when your TOs lie?
2. I asked them which TO to talk to and they wont say, like they're protecting them
I tried to talk to the people who run it. They are like bots. Automated responses, and they dont look at the evidence right in front of them that my region lied about everything. I can't pay thousands of dollars for a lawyer when I am disabled/poor. I'd lose if I did it myself.
