Set up a disc golf course using tomato cages & dollar tree baskets & it was a blast! To help w/ visuals each cage had a #’d flag associated w/ the same #’d cone to stand at. Ss stood on a colored polyspot & threw to the cage w/ the same color in front of it #AdaptedPE #PhysEd

Kingpin. Two teams trying to knock down other team’s 10 pins. Can go across half court line to get closer but can get tagged. If tagged, go to jail. If teammate is tagged, high five and switch places. Guards cannot touch pins or squat down. ⁦@OlatheElemPE⁩ ⁦@KAHPERD⁩

Ss are working on rolling in #physed today. Partners will take turns rolling their hoop to opposite cone. 1pt = hoop rolls and lands touching the cone, 2pts = hoop rolls and lands around the cone, and 3pts = both hoops land around the cone. First group to 10 wins, then rotate to next group.

Ss are working on balancing in #physed today. Ss must keep plate (disc) on stick (noodle) without falling off. Ss are allowed to knock other plates off by hitting the bottom of stick. If disc falls, perform the skill around the box, then come back in.

Sharks & Sailors. Thanks ⁦@MissCarroll_DCE⁩. 3 sharks in middle with sailors spread out on 4 islands. Teacher says, “sharks swim”,walk around circle. Whistle blows, sailors run to another island before tagged. If tagged, become shark. ⁦@KAHPERD⁩ ⁦@OlatheElemPE⁩

This is one of my favorite tag games called "Hula Master" from @CoachGelardi if you get tagged 3 jumping jacks. You get 3 secs in hula hoop safe zone. The hula master helps the taggers by putting the hoops over the cones
