Parenting question.

Can anyone recommend anything for early teethers?

My little bub is 7 weeks old and I can’t give him anything and he won’t take frozen teething rings.

Pharmacies and drs have said they can’t help because too he’s young but he’s really struggling.

@LNER @GC_Rail Was checking prices before I realised Friday was a strike day (fully support that). But do you care to explain why a train to Newcastle from York (via Sunderland then @My_Metro to NCL) on Friday would cost £40.20, but YRK-SUN is £11.40 and the metro fare is £3.55?

@Katy_primary97 My little one was born 3 weeks ago. Must admit, I thought the same thing when we found out about him. Obviously knew he’d be summer born, due at the start of August. He was late, but never going to be nearly a month late 😂. As long as he’s happy though, that’s all I care about!

@brassoteach I used to work in a private nursery. Each room had an “OFSTED box”, with new toys etc for when we had the call, so the children would be engaged in activities. All made worse by the lack of other things they had to play with the rest of the time!

@PaulGarvey4 My little boy was born earlier this month, I grew up listening to Elvis Costello, my dad was a big fan. Had a discussion with the health visitor today about his best song. Our surname is Costello, I’ll let you work out little one’s middle name & where the conversation came from!

At 34 weeks pregnant, I fell over on my way to work this morning.

There are two types of people in this world.

1. The woman who physically STEPPED OVER me.

2. The lovely builder who saw, came over, offered me a chair and drink and stayed with me until my husband arrived.

@WhistleblowingT I think it would be statutory maternity pay. I started a job in September last year, got pregnant in October and initially got told I’d get maternity allowance, then got told it would be statutory maternity pay. I could be wrong but it’s similar (ish) dates.

@MissLMorrissey Yes, I absolutely could have written that myself! I’m 34 weeks pregnant and my R/1’s have been all over the place, I was just sat there thinking��what are you all doing? I don’t think the heat is helping though!
