@_MissieBee Depends, how have they been with you raising it already? If they know you are contacting the LA or have advice to do this. The nursery is receiving money from them on funded hours in line with the statutory guidance, they have to follow LA guidance, you could use this

- Nurseries must not restructure hours in a way that creates a barrier to using the entitlement
