@piersmorgan @champneys #piersxmasheroes my friend has had a horrendous few years and this year alone has lost her cat, her dad and her husband. Her dad was diagnosed with cancer then shortly after her husband was diagnosed with a brain tumour. She has raised so much £ for the local hospice.

@TefalUK I appreciate the handle is my fault but to create a handle that can’t stay on during the cooking process is a design fault which will put people off.

@TefalUK so disappointed with the ingenio pans and handles. Not had them long but looking to replace already.

@TefalUK The poor design of the handles & having to remove them whilst cooking. I forgot to do this & now I can no longer remove the handle (I know its my fault). The wear & tear of the main pan I use. It is scratched inside, even though I use a wooden spoon. Had them just under a year.
