A reviewer compared the poems to T S Elliott 🤗 covering memories of growing up in Derbyshire, current day issues and wondering what happens when we are no longer here. Some joyous, some poignant. Get your copy and decide which speaks to you

Please sign this petition to raise the potential closure of Denby Pottery with Parliament. It's over 200 years old and a large local employer in Derbyshire - it would be criminal if it closed down

@nottslive Will Ray and June be there? You know, the people who won the Reform lottery to heat their home - who ALSO nominated Lee Moffitt for the branch chair position of Reform Wigan and appeared in numerous Reform event photos. Can't trust Reform...
#NetworkRail will you be cruel or be kind? It is so easy to be kind in this situation - you can unblock the homes that 6 swifts are currently flying thousands of miles back to. Please do email CEO Jeremy Westlake: [email protected]#SaveOurSwifts
@AnnielizzieSten@peaklass1@mrs_coyle@networkrail It would be interesting to know when they carried out the survey to see if the nests were in use - outside breeding season? And why concreting over them was deemed a necessity part of the works 🤨
Why the silence on this @networkrail? In the face of increasing public anger? These birds will have travelled around 14,000 miles when they return to their nesting holes - only to find them blocked up. Nature is increasingly squeezed into ever-shrinking spaces, forced to fit around our sprawling network of transport and housing and commerce. Please act NOW to rectify your thoughtless actions!

@networkrail please unblock the swift nests. Birds will be returning soon and need their homes. Or are you just like Reform and against all immigration even the feathered type? Be better!!!
.@networkrail#swifts are officially listed on the UK Red List of #Conservation Concern, due to catastrophic population decline of over 60% in last 25 years. Why is your company contributing to this decline by refusing to unblock nesting sites at Milton Viaduct?
@EnviroconJo@networkrail@networkrail A lot of people are thoroughly unimpressed by your blocking up known swift nesting sites.
You need to unblock or provide a good number of nesting boxes at the same site, immediately because swifts are arriving.
@DeborahMeaden@networkrail@networkrail please unblock the swift nests. Birds will be returning soon and need their homes. Or are you just like Reform and against all immigration even the feathered type? Be better!!!
