Surely you could allow customers to redeem this online and save your staff the headache of having to deal with such a simple thing and this would clear your phone lines (that BTW are impossible to reach right now) for more important things...

Dear @British_Airways why would you refund canceled flights in a "Voucher" format that cannot be redeemed online and only over the phone, when, at the same time reducing staff operating phone lines? You HAVE the platform for e-vouchers why are refund vouchers different?

Dear @SamsungMobile please have a look at Reddit and Internet in general to the battery life issues the S20 series is getting with the Exynos CPU getting 3/4.5 hours SOT vs 6+hours (sometimes even 8+) with the Snapdragon, its not really fair paying the same for lower level specs.

@DT_twisted If you are in Europe you are likely to be getting a Exynos Processor (Samsung made), if you are USA and some other places you might have a Snapdragon Processor (super good and battery efficient). Early reports (me included) Exynos is draining batteries in 4 hours of screen on.

@NateLad2 @d1sney_princ3ss @SamsungUK I've been comparing mine to my girlfriends iPhone 11 (normal not even pro) and she comes home with 50% battery at 6pm and I come with 20... I will test it at 60hz to see how it compares... also its still on "battery learning" so let's see in a week time.

Me and my friend both have the s20+ bought on pre order, and honestly battery is rubish on both at 120hz. Didnt even bother trying 60hz as thats not the point I guess...

@DarrenM2019 Hi! I have always used gopro since the HeroHd. Cant really complain about video quality, of course that audio wise you need to get a different way of recording it that does not involve gopro built in mic.
