Let me take a moment to truly appreciate the masterclass in customer service I’ve been privileged enough to experience for the past 6 glorious hours on a call that somehow outlasted my sleep schedule, and possibly the warranty on my router.
So not only is your system recommending a ghost to fix my internet, but your customer care has been cheerfully redirecting me through a labyrinth of “escalations” that lead to… more escalations. It’s like Inception, but with worse Wi-Fi and more hold music. 🎵🎵🎵
