Meet MAGAt pastor David Johnson, the Ojai, California religious leader who apparently found plenty of time between preaching ultra-conservative values and waging a furious political crusade against the LGBTQ+ community to get himself arrested on August 26, 2026. For a guy so publicly obsessed with "protecting traditional family values" from the rainbow flag, he seemed to have a completely different set of rules behind closed doors.

The Ventura County District Attorney's Office officially shattered his righteous, anti-woke persona by slapping him with six horrific felony counts of child molestation. The specific criminal rap sheet includes four counts of lewd acts upon a child and two counts of continuous sexual abuse.

According to official statements from the Ventura County District Attorney's Office, the charges involve multiple felony counts related to the abuse of two minors. The prosecution alleges that the offenses took place over a period of several years at multiple locations within Ojai and Oxnard, California.

Legal documents indicate that the defendant allegedly utilized a familial relationship to access the victims. The offenses are stated to have commenced when the individuals involved were under the age of 14.

During the initial court proceedings, a plea of not guilty was entered for all charges. The court ordered that the defendant remain in custody without bail pending further legal actions.

Given the defendant's prominent roles within the community as both a religious leader and a licensed professional, law enforcement officials are continuing their investigation.
