A2: It's tough. I have students that span all sorts of ability and performance levels all in one class. In addition, I teach all 3 grade levels, 6th/7th/8th, in the same class at the same time. So making sure I hit all 3 grade levels is tiring. #2ndaryELA

A1: I teach Resource ELA, which is a class for special education students that just can't participate in general education but are still expected to work on grade level standards. I can only have up to 12 students in my class at any given time. #2ndaryELA

@BFC_530 @mrjkorb I was my own little special education island and unable to collaborate with anyone. Then we had whole day academic team meeting where I was able to work with all my grade level peers. I was able to gain so many ideas and also be reaffirmed in what I was already doing. #BFC530
