@MassEducation Bottom line, we can't get rid of MCAS altogether because it is tied to our federal education funds. MCAS will go on, but a YES on 2 would eliminate MCAS as a graduation requirement for all students.

You're right, Walt! You can't even find this unicorn work in schools! The only reason we are paid for 12 months is for our local municialities' budgeting purposes. I work hard (& unpaid) to make sure our students are informed critical thinkers. 🤔

How would YOU change it? I talk to my students about being efficient EVERY day, and I point out the inefficiencies I see in our curricula.
