@JetBlue At JFK Fly 459 to Burbank. Flight is supposed to leave in 20 mins, but we’re waiting for the pilot to arrive?! That is completely unacceptable.
@JetBlue If that was the case, then this could have been communicated to everyone waiting to board. And they have given us no ETA as to when the pilot will even get here.
@TheShadeStore The worst customer experience I’ve had. Installed only a year ago (and what a disaster that was), the chain broke and it’s taken a month to get an appt. And day of my appt- nobody shows! Been on hold to your corporate offices and nobody picks up.
@HP I bought a brand new envy laptop in Nov directly from HP. Wouldn’t turn on. Sent it for repairs and still doesn’t work. I was told someone would contact me about a refund or replacement in 2-3 days. Now past that and no call back. Worst purchase I’ve ever made.
@NYCMayor Why are the cops always clustered together?! I’m at the 86/Lex station right now and 4 of them are just standing by the entrance talking. And there are NO cops on either platform downstairs. What’s the point of having them here then???
@AmericanAir My flt is 14 hours delayed JFK-BOG. We’re almost ready to take off but we can’t bc they need to “clean the bugs from the windshield”?!How incompetent are you guys to delay a flight even further for something that should have been done beforehand.Never flying AA again
@royalairmaroc I left my iPad on. Lard my flight last week from NYC to Casablanca. I followed the instructions on the website and and emailed the service client on 3/31 and nobody has responded. Can someone please respond. So far I’m very displeased with the airline in general

@JetBlue I received a travel credit for a cancelled flight and I just checked and it was “expired” in March. How can you only issue a credit that’s only good for 2 months?!?
@UberEats Something is seriously wrong with your system. Ordered from this restaurant almost 2 hours ago. Still waiting for my food. But it still says 35-45 for delivery. Restaurant shouldn’t be accepting orders if they’re that backed up, or at the very least, update your timing!
@sweetgreen I’ve never had this issue at the other salad places. I don’t know who does the inventory management at that location, but clearly something needs to be fixed. I would say 3/4’s of the time, they’ve run out of something. I find myself going to sweetgreen less now.
@sweetgreen every time I go to the 3rd ave location on the UES, they’re always out of so many things! There have been multiple times I have gone for an elote bowl and they’re out of elote! It’s frustrating to wait on a long line, only to learn that they’re out...
@ARITZIA Very annoyed by your return policy. Bought item on sale online. NOWHERE on the product page or the sale details page does it say the item can only be returned for store credit! Really terrible experience, would not have purchased had I known.
