@tbhniamh Try adding a pinch of bicarbonate to lower the pH. Not ideal, but if it saves wasting an open carton.

I've always found it curdles unfortunately so perhaps it's a batch thing.

Eldest has started calling the weird eclectic facts I mysteriously and animatedly throw into any chat as 'Mummy's conversation glitter' and I feel simultaneously both attacked and seen.

@Secret_Father I think part of it is looking at the lists I made, especially for my eldest, and seeing the names I assumed were slightly unusual were in the top twenty names that year, or popular with the Waitrose set.

14 years of being pregnant, breastfeeding or both, and I'm still slightly offended my 9m old appears to be facing an existential dilemma over nursing v chewing a mini spatula.

He's settled on nursing and poking me with the spatula, but it's an uneasy truce betwixt boob & spatula
