A1: When becoming an admirer, students can benefit in a lot of ways. Ss learn to apreciate other's strengths, they learn new techniques from other's strength, they learn to become coaches themselves and learn to be more kind. #hcpsread

F/U During my small group reading sessions, I was able to practice my Mirroring. I did my best to try to give the kids better feedback by making it about them and not myself. They seemed to respond better and showed more gusto to try harder on the follow up assignment. #HCPSread

A5: The best way to do it is through Zoom. It’s the main place on elearning where you and give those mentoring moments to the kids. #hcpsread

A2: Definitely “take myself out” because it is in our nature to do this while teaching and a hard habit to break. But in order to have students take ownership we must take ourselves out. #HCPSRead
