Kindergarteners work together to put mixed up numeral cards 1-10 in the correct order. If they get stuck, they can use the ten frame to help visualize the number. #LongfellowBears #D97

Second graders are shifting from using base ten blocks to a one hundred chart to model two digit numbers. This is moving our understanding of place value from concrete to representational. From there we can compare, add, and subtract these numbers. #LongfellowBears #D97
