@HughJRichards When I'm having a really bad time I take drowsy antihistamines (prescribed by doctor, not self-prescribed or anything!) but no screens for at least 2 hours before bed and a run about 4 hours before normally works!

@MsQuinnHistory I have a really vivid memory of an episode where a gigantic spider crawled across someone's (maybe Dorothy's?!) face and it scarred me for life. But, maybe that was a dream...?!
@HughJRichards Absolutely. It's important for them to know it can be something small at first and that will still make a difference. Would love to know how it goes if you don't mind sharing afterwards.
@HughJRichards Definitely. I'm sure some will have some ideas of their own, or maybe ways they have successfully done it in the past. I've had a man who's part of a group say something like "leave it out, mate" and then apologise to me. It helped. I wish I had more practical suggestions!
