@KingBully531 @cocosworld@atlantisbahamas Every kid gets bored shopping with parents. It has nothing to do with privilege, although you sound jealous. The privilege is for the parents and other shoppers who don’t want to hear a 6yo whining about going to another store.
@Iamalwaysrealru@cocosworld@atlantisbahamas Strollers are for the parents joy and convenience on vacation. No one wants to listen to the whining or carry a kid who falls asleep.
@KatyKline1@SWAholding4ever@Ms_Durfee@lpdeal@BeckyKeene Because we live in a society that expects moms to do most if the physical and emotional labor of child rearing. It’s not because moms are crazy, it’s because dads are not doing the work.
@BeckyKeene The rule in my classroom is if you bring food you have to bring enough to share! I’m down for a waffle bar one Friday a month during first period as long as it’s a working breakfast and it gets cleaned up.
@Snehalstocks@derwood73 I have changed my policy to give 50% instead of a zero for work not handed in. A 50% is in line with an F, but doesn't put a child in a situation where they can't catch up. Thank you to my child's tech teacher who provided this teachable moment for me.
@LisaLiss22 @Melanie4kids My niece asked her mom once if my mom was “like the head mommy?” I don’t think her mom liked it either, but the adults in the family joke about the Mom Boss often.
@Melanie4kids We have a Bia, not because we were trying to be cute. That is what grandma sounded like from our toddler. It stuck. Sometime kids come up with their own names.
@AliceRaegirl @LulaDivinia1@CBSNews I agree. I’m not a fan of her or her husband, but I’m not going to smear her either. She isn’t the president. I’d rather stick to policy issues. She might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but the people saying this statue is some how accurate are just acting silly.
@tracilyn68 @AndreaWNYC Have you ever built with Legos? Sorry, but a 3 year old didn’t build that, maybe he watched, or added a brick or 2 exactly where he was told to put it.
If covid-19 is really airborne, there are certain solutions we need to focus on. That includes reducing the amount of time people spend in indoor spaces, increasing social distancing beyond six feet, prioritizing ventilation, or simply staying home. https://t.co/p19J25TSb5
@evouche@skyelaringrsoll It isn’t even the getting out so much that bothers me. I think most of us might have instinctively done it. I get that. It’s the holding up others who might need to be evacuated while you get out your camera and argue with the staff for for 15 minutes of fame on social media.
@Milesm31@lovebug2043@DtCamJansen@fox35orlando@skyelaringrsoll For the minute it takes to ensure the ride is shut down and you can evacuate safely, yes. Also, if this woman was really so panicked why get out your video camera and stand there arguing with the CM? If you are really afraid you get out and go to safety.
@kayjayb27 If you want to live in a society where everyone just dies whatever they please and doesn’t know how to behave that’s your choice. It isn’t about just Disney. It is about all the things this behavior represents. Behavior like this in the Walmart is just as annoying.
@Bigglesdaf@skyelaringrsoll You’re funny. It isn’t just a Disney issue. It’s a how people behave in public these days. Given your attitude you should get going. I don’t want you to miss your anti mask rally. Have a lovely evening.
@Bigglesdaf@skyelaringrsoll Panic is how people get hurt. People need to calm down. If she had the wherewithal to pull out her camera and start filming she wasn’t in a panic.
@Bigglesdaf@skyelaringrsoll In 30 years I’m sure you have been evacuated off something at some point. Did you stand on the side on the ride arguing with the cast member while you filmed? I doubt it.
