@NickCannon @counselculture_ @TroyFVaughn It's a sticky subject because some are homeless because of mental illness (in-patient facility closures), trust (are we bringing them into our homes to help them, No.) Fear (can I safely help this person without putting my family at risk). More resources need to be in place.
