Schools can prepare students by providing many opportunities to engage with different #edtech tools. Model, give examples, tutorials... and then allow the students to practice and explore! As always, help them when needed and provide feedback.

Seesaw is an ed tech tool I really enjoyed using last year. I was able to assign activities for students to complete. I liked that they could respond directly on the activity, upload a photo, or make a video. I also liked that I could see & respond to answers fast. #tldeuno2021

@MissNeidig I think so! There's a slight learning curve maybe, but you'll catch on really quickly! It's also very user friendly from the students' perspective. You can even voice record directions for the young ones instead of typing them out. #tldeuno2021

My district has someone to go to for technology issues at every building. They are very knowledgeable in #edtech and can help troubleshoot most issues- both with hardware and software!

@MsLewis37427418 Kelly, I've used Seesaw as a parent and really enjoyed it. Spring 2020 my daughter was Pre-K and we did all of her remote school through Seesaw so I got to be very familiar with it. I love the variety of tools that it has!

I like IXL for skills practice, it's not as game-like as some other options but matches the curriculum well. I also like Xtramath for fact practice, and Spelling City for spelling practice. BrainPopJr. and Youtube have fun videos! #tldeuno2021
