@AmazonHelp I spoke to the escalation manager and have requested them to really investigate what’s going wrong with the delivery agents. They said they will check. I can return the parcel but the fact that the delivery packages can be comfortably opened or damaged is concerning.

@amazonIN Much worse when I called the Amazon care the associate could not even understand a word I spoke in Hindi or English and he then put me on hold so I had to make another call.

@bsesdelhi This is in Palam Vihar Gurgaon. Since I couldn’t find official Gurugram electricity department handle I had to post it here. , the meters need to be installed outside each house rather than sticking all on one pillar and a tree.

@timesofindia Hi, I needed to bring an issue to media’s attention. Since the time smart meters were launched in Gurgaon, the electricity board has installed those meters on pillars instead of outside each house. This currently is outside a residential property in Palam Vihar.

@timesofindia Is this a smart way to put meters? Are we still living in rural India??? This is hazardous for people residing in the property. In monsoons there was a short circuit in two of the meters and the only reason they gave was a tree. For the first why are these clinging at one place?
