Hearing of the Communication 0024/Com/001/2023 submitted by #IHRDA (on behalf of Ms. ACM) against the Republic of #Botswana🇧🇼.
The communication was received in February 2023, the Complainant submits that the Respondent State has violated the following provisions of the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child due to failure and refusal to investigate and prosecute the case:
