Last night we had our weekly class zoom meeting. I decided to have them share a rose and thorn from their day like we do during closing circle at school. Lots said they missed school and didn’t like this corona virus thing. It was great to have a small piece of our routine again.

One of my girls has been out super sick all week and she showed up while my class was walking down the hall. You would have thought a celebrity walked in by the way my class reacted. We are all so happy to have her back ❤️

It’s scary having your peers see you teach 😬, but we are a community of learners ready to grow together to improve learning for kids!
