Their middle school track experience consisted of 12 practices and 2 “meets” at the tail end of the pandemic years… I’ve never felt so cheated of time with a great group of athletes and humans. Excited for this season!! @McFarland_Track

@j_garvey1213 We saw fewer behaviors when we were 1/2 days for multiple reasons, but the biggest was the shorter day. When the kids were present, they were present! They didn’t have to have the stamina for a full day- which many people (not just students) don’t have!

@cscaadvocacy The term “school counselor” was implemented in 1990. I was TWO y.o. The pushback is unreal. I’m fortunate we had a district approach and terminology was changed everywhere, all documentation, etc. I never stopped correcting and was pushy about it!!!
