@zomatocare your customer care executives are really creative in making up stories. Some Bhumika was assigned and she said that the delivery partner told her that daughter has placed order by mistake and canceled my order without reaching my home. And ended the chat.

If you cannot resolve these issues permanently, please send me the cancellation process. There is just no point of having your connection if I have to manage every day with my mobile data
