In science we are learning about different types of forces and force in our lives. We tested out playground equipment to see the different force you apply and what items are magnetic or not. They made wonderful connections to the standards and lives!🤙🏼 #lrespride @LakeRidgeES

In SPOT phonics we finally got our construction hats and BLC demolition business cards. Students have been working hard demolishing and constructing complex words. Love my crew!💗 #lrespride @LakeRidgeES

Wrapping up our measurement unit by measuring ourselves! We used a tape measurer to find our height in inches. Students were surprised to learn their height and that some have grown! 📏✏️ #lrespride @LakeRidgeES

We love the PWCS 4H embryology program! Students made multiple mazes for the chicks. Sometimes they would not stay in. 🤪They joined us for multiple morning meetings. 🫶🏼 I know my student will never forget this amazing experience.💗

Day 9 of PWCS 4H Embryology Program! The chicks were so active today. This program gives students the opportunity to watch the life cycle happen in front of them. I’m so thankful for the program. My class can’t wait to see them hatch!🐣 @Virginia4_H

Indoor recess limits students physical activity level. Thankfully our awesome PE department @jillzat32 helped change that. Indoor bowling 🎳 allowed students to move a lot more during recess. They LOVED it! 🤩
