@KinggPatt @KPRC2 Yall realize the examples yall are giving are not actual meals right? The average cost of ingredients not including spices of a cheap meal is about $15-$20. To feed a family of four JUST hot dogs alone, no side no drink nothing else, is about $10 and that’s for 2 each.

@KinggPatt @KPRC2 Now to make it less than $250 a week, you have to get cheap things like a bag of chips that is a side to hot dogs for $2.96, especially if you get them on sale at Kroger or something for bogo or something at $3 each.

@KinggPatt @KPRC2 Meals, cost A LOT more. Pit roast in a slow cooker, is $20 for the meat alone. Everything all together is closer to $30. I can make cheap meals, but it’s a lot more expensive than it used to be. $50 a week for 3 10 years ago, no prob. $50 a week today, not happening.
