A petition has been filed before the Supreme Court through Advocate Vineet Jindal on behalf of a student from Saudi Arabia whose CBSE Class XII result has not been declared till date.

While CBSE declared the Class XII results on 13 May 2026, the petitioner's result is still being shown as “Result Not Declared.” The issue is not limited to one student. As per information received from affected candidates, hundreds of students in South Asian countries are facing the same problem.
