@denisebklyngirl@NYSLabor@NYGovCuomo@fox5ny@NYCMayor Terrible, indeed. I have to call them weekly and mustly they do nothing but to read old notes and tell me to wait. Today alone, 7 agents... Five hung up on me; two of them did that after they gave me the runaround.
@NYSLabor Within 1 hour I gave my ss# to seven of your agents. Five of them hung up on me. One of them was an English speaker who answered the Spanish line and didn't want to take my call because I said I didn't need an interpeter? He wanted me to hung up and call the English line.
@NYSLabor Imagine if the notes on the account are gone too? If most the agents were not helpful before, I can see where this is going if everything is gone from both ends. Better screenshot payment history in my bank for the only 4 payments that made it throught last year.
@NYSLabor I took some screenshots of my payment history. Too bad I didn't finish; it's gone. I hope it's visible at your end @NYSLabor until that's fixed. I haven't receive my payments from last year, nor this year. Kinda see them now saying I did, or worse, not solve my claim issue at all

@grimluve @CDonut1228 @NYSLabor If it says debit card, you will get one on the mail in about two weeks or so. I read some comments saying DOL was hacked and for that they removed direct deposit. I guess it's for protection that they are doing that. But you can call KeyBank for the status of your card.
@Bill32496554@NYSLabor Four months dealing with this. I know it doesn't take that long to attend to some issues. It's a matter of interest and effort. Weeks ago an agent and her supervisor pushed things with the banking unit while I was on the phone. In 2 days I saw changes, but the main issue persists
@NYSLabor Apparently, the email sent by the agents just sit in a limbo because there's never notes or signs that "the next person/department" looked into the issue. Supervisors keep emailing the banking unit, and Nothing. The frustration is damaging at this point.
@NYSLabor It's sad how many people can't get hold of an agent. I call weekly, always make it through. But for what? To be told "I'm emailing to my supervisor. I'm emailing the banking unit. There is nothing else I can do, you just have to wait and to call back in a week"
@LaurellPrince@NYSLabor It is. The worse part is there is no hold on my account. Every is in order. They don't know how to fix the issue. I have to call them weekly.
@_sabrinahaze @Xtransmiit @Lbjnation23 @NYSLabor Call right back after that message. I call them weekly and always make it through in less than 3 attents. They just don't resolve my issue, but it's possible to get an agent.
