Book Creator is an app where students can create their own books by inserting text and images. This is a great way for the students to be in control of the digital content they create. #IM421

@MaiYangXiong5 I love this question! Technology can look like all different things, not just computer technology. Technology is using science and engineering to improve practical living, and so I think I would want to live with it!

@001haley I love listening to podcasts, but this was the first time I made one myself! It was interesting being on the other side of things and having to dig deep into a topic. Its a unique, tech forward way of presenting information and I really enjoyed that!

@laurenillies I personally prefer live meetings because it better allows me to connect with my teacher and classmates! I know for classes where I have just have to watch videos, I have not been as focused and tend to wonder while watching them :/

I would love to teach my future students this skill. Reducing self-doubt and negative thoughts can develop a positive outlook and is a skill that I believe will be beneficial throughout their whole lives. (2/2) #IM421

My college volleyball coach emphasized having positive self-talk. This was a skill I had not worked on previously, so it was challenging at first. After continually working on it (still to this day), I noticed an improvement in the way I played and how I lived my life (1/2)

A large belief of mine is to teach and instill curiosity in my students. I believe this skill is so important because it can develop a life-long love of learning and I'm all for that! #IM421

@8erikarose I believe students need to learn flexibility skills in order to adapt and conquer the constantly changing learning environment. This skill will help get them through this pandemic and will be useful throughout their life

Its interesting to see pictures of elaborate makerspaces and hear what some people had growing up with them. I cannot recall having a specific area dedicated to creating, but I'm definitely excited to incorporate a makerspace into my classroom #IM421
