@JayessArtifact @imigresenmy At the moment, no need to apply if student going abroad according to JIM putrajaya hotline. But JIM itself isn't very clear on this. We are going to call the hotline again to clarify.

@imigresenmy Why put into effect a new rule for approval with no announcement. An approval that takes one week but put into effect immediately leaving Malaysians stuck?
