Can animals create art? That is the issue students debated after reading “Monkey Master” this week. They spent time preparing their arguments, anticipating the other-side, and then taking part in a structured debate. This is an impressive group!
Who decides what constitutes art? After reading about Congo, a chimpanzee from the 1950s whose artwork sold for thousands of dollars, students attempted an abstract piece of artwork.
