Q4: I were to quit teaching I think I would go into the medical field and start out by getting my CNA License and be a Nurse. That was my first career choice so I think I would try and do that again. I would also like to try and be a guidance counselor #ap3040
A2: Support and help from other teachers might be helpful for new teachers who have too much to do. So to have someone on your side helping you out might keep a teacher from quitting. #ap3040
@Ms_Andrews I believe it is really important to build your teacher community and work together! But I see how it would get frustrating if you didn't get along with the other teachers. #ap3040

A3:Twitter is a great way to connect with other teachers to help you expand you knowledge on certain topics as well as give you some insight on how to teach certain areas that you may not be comfortable with. I would have never thought of using twitter in the class though.#ap3040
@DestaneeParker I like how you said you could connect with individuals but not in person, because if you follow an expert on Special Education and you have a child with special needs in your class, then you can ask them what would be some great learning activities to do with them.
A1: Having a digital #PersonalLearningNetwork would be beneficial because you can talk with other teachers or students like yourself to gain a different perspective and advice.#ap3040
