Thank you to the @MtJulietRotary for giving us the opportunity to share about the Harry J Foundation.
The generosity this group and its members has shown us over the last few months has been indescribable! Thank you for being a part of our community!

We were honored to play at role at @MtJulietRotary’s drive-thru breakfast event for our wonderful Veterans this morning. CSO Frankich & Chase kept traffic flowing well to ensure it was smooth & enjoyable for all.
Last week, members of Wilson County's four Rotary Clubs presented a check to local law enforcement agencies to help their communities recover from the March tornado devastation. Thank you for the very kind gesture & taking the time to help those who endured such a difficult time.
With heavy heart, we want to let you know that Our friend, John Winchester, passed away today.
John’s life was a perfect example of “service above self.” He ran the good race and was a good friend to many. We’ll let you know arrangements when we hear details.
In case you haven’t heard, due to the Coronavirus, we have cancelled the Taste of MJ. We will look into possibly rescheduling it in the fall.
We also will not be meeting for the next 3 weeks.
Bill & Melinda Gates’ Foundation has contributed over $4 BILLION towards the fight against polio since the mid-80s.
The Foundation will match all Rotary gifts, 2 to 1!
For the current Rotary year, there have been 113 confirmed cases of polio worldwide. 22 were in Afghanistan & 91 in Pakistan. That’s 4 times more than last year, due to political and cultural issues.
Rotary continues to work to irradiate polio.
Great hearing from our own member, Chief Hambrick, on our Police Department. We appreciate the Chief and all our our Mt Juliet officers.

“If you could only sense how important you are to the lives of those you meet; how important you can be to the people you may never dream of; There is something of yourself that you can leave at every meeting with another person.”
