The complexity of modern application ecosystems, driven by AI, cloud, and high-performance workloads, requires a fundamentally new model.

AE360®️ 2.0 introduces a holistic, application-centric framework that aligns infrastructure, technology, and operations with real business outcomes. It establishes a unified methodology to measure performance, assess risk, and optimize the full Application Ecosystem®️.

Developed in collaboration with IDCA’s leadership, Board of Advisors, and Technical Standards Committee, and global industry experts, AE360®️ reflects a collective effort to define the next generation of digital infrastructure standards.

The framework evaluates systems across:
•⁠ ⁠Seven (7) interdependent layers of the Application Ecosystem®️, the Application Delivery Model (ADM), and the Application Delivery Infrastructure (ADI)
•⁠ ⁠Seven (7) core efficacies, including availability, capacity, resilience, sustainability, security, innovation, and efficiency

This approach enables organizations to move beyond fragmented metrics toward a comprehensive, measurable, and outcome-driven standards model for digital infrastructure conformance and compliance.

AE360®️ is not an incremental advancement. It represents a paradigm shift and the redefinition of how digital infrastructure is designed, evaluated, and operated in the era of AI and the digital economy.
