Why has he not been arrested and prosecuted?

One day, I was in a boda boda stage and I heard them talking about the Public debts.

I listened then I interrupted and asked them a very simple question.

" Nyinyi kama bodaboda, si mko na SACCO?"

They said yes.

" Na kwa hii SACCO yenu, si mko na chairman, Deputy Chairman na Treasurer?"

They said yes and I went on.

" Now imagine your Chairman, his Deputy and the Treasurer waamue saa hii waende Equity Bank, wachukue loan na jina ya SACCO thirty million bila kuwauliza, alafu hiyo pesa iende kwa accounts zao watumie kwa matumizi yao ya kibinafsi, then one day Equity Bank comes to you SACCO members that you have a loan to pay. You never consented, you never saw the money, do you allow your contributions to be used in paying that loan?"

Thereafter, I told them that that is the situation we are in as a country.

A situation where we are being overtaxed to pay debts we never incurred.

🚨 BREAKING: IMF Struck Out of Okiya Omtatah's Debt Case

The High Court has removed the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from Okiya Omtatah's petition challenging Kenya's public debt, ruling that the Fund enjoys legal immunity as an international organization.

🚩How did this happen?

Under international agreements signed by member countries, the IMF cannot generally be sued in national courts unless it agrees to waive that protection. The court therefore found that the case could not proceed against the IMF.

🚩What does this mean for accountability?

The IMF may be out of the case, but the questions remain: if Kenyans are expected to repay the debt, who answers for how it was accumulated?

State House budget under President William Ruto has now gone up by over 320% since he took over in September 2022.

The budget has increased from Sh4.4 billion in 2022/23 to the current Sh18.5 billion in 2025/26.

The plan is to make Kenya a failed state;
1. Destroy the middle class.
-shut down manufacturing companies.
-overtax the working class.
-inflation.
-hike the cost of living.
-no increments on salaries.

2. Turn everyone into a beggar.
-introduce digital currency.
-government as biggest employer.
-destroy informal sector.
-divest manufacturing.
-over regulate/ over tax small and medium enterprises.
-subsidise corporates.

3. Privatize land.
-give access to farmland to global agricultural multinationals.
-bills that take away land sovereignty from the citizen.
-introduce a land tax.
-create squatters.

4. Control housing.
-15 minute cities.
-over surveillance.
-avoidable housing for those who can't afford a tax on their freehold land.

5. Destroy seed sovereignty.
-introduce only patented seedlings.
-prioritise GMOs and hybrids.
-demonize indigenous seeds and organic farming.
-pass bills that curtail the growth and aspirations of small scale farmers.

6. Privatize water.
-force a people to need a license to harvest rain water, rivers or dams.
-overtax boreholes so only the rich can afford them.
-give global beverage and bottled water companies uninhibited access.

7. Enslave the nation in debt.
-borrow from global banking cartels;
IMF, World Bank, China EXIM Bank, European Central Bank, African Development Bank...
-squander taxes.
-loot borrowed money.
-use national assets as colateral for debt.

8. Destroy Sovereignty.
-allow foreign military bases in your land.
-allow foreign governments say so in your socio-economic/ political issues.
-allow biological weapons labs.
-allow for looting of mineral wealth and natural resources.

9. Create an illiterate populace.
-remove free education.
-introduce a new education model without proper planning.
-allow globalist entities to fund your curriculum.
-dumb down the learners.
-divest/privatise higher learning institutions.

10. Devalue the currency.
-print fiat without regulation.
-inflation.
-loot gold and silver reserves.
-allow global banking cartels to set fiscal policy.

We have enabled, and continue to enable, corruption in this country. Around Uthiru, just a few metres from the Leadway petrol station (towards Kikuyu side), there are police officers who openly collect bribes from every PSV vehicle on a daily basis. To make matters worse, they even keep a book and a pen to record those who have paid and those who have not. How did this become normalized?
