I went to donate blood and the nurse screamed when she checked my full blood count. Took my anemic ass back home with a bunch of iron supplements instead of donating blood 🫠

Though God has been with us from day one, I can safely say breastfeeding is been helping a great deal u have never had diarrhea issues for all of them , and they are very close in age
