AFC/M23 STRENGTHENS ITS ARMY AS REGIONAL TRANSFORMATION ACCELERATES
AFC/M23 has taken another step toward institutionalizing its administration by reportedly disbursing the first official salaries to its soldiers, with the lowest ranks said to receive at least $100 per month. Observers view the move as part of a broader shift toward greater self-reliance in eastern DR Congo, with Kivu increasingly emerging as an independent economic and administrative center.
The group has also signaled plans for major operations against FDLR positions, aiming to push the militia farther from areas under its control and away from Rwanda's border, a move some believe could strengthen its regional security partnership ambitions amid continued challenges in implementing the Washington Accord and Doha agreements. #FactsOnRwanda

So happy to join our Rwandan sisters and brothers to celebrate this historic moment — RSSB Tigers’ winning of BAL championship. The Tigers is most welcome to Beijing in September.
In the context of the 55th anniversary of China–Rwanda diplomatic relations and China–Africa People-to-People Exchange Year, we look forward to further strengthening exchanges and cooperation between China and Rwanda, and tightening the bonds of friendship between our two peoples.
This afternoon at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received Amb. Johan Borgstam, European Union Special Representative (EUSR) for the Great Lakes Region. Their discussions covered regional developments, including the need for concrete action to address the root causes of the conflict in eastern DRC and advance a sustainable path to peace and stability.
Did anyone hear @hrw say anything? This is what is known. People have been attacked and killed for just going to the street to exercise their right. @hrw
only report mysteries that none have seen, or hear. That means they choose to target those with smaller voice, what is known and have been seen to them there is no deal in it. That is why there is human grind machine in Beni called ADF that works with FARDC and you will never hear what they do....
⭐️Before the celebrations. Before the music. We started with what truly matters—community. Today, the BAL Champions began their celebrations at Club Rafiki, the home of dreamers.
