@ikotmartha27 Anathesia is full four year course and speciality , don't expect a Dr to do the surgery and monitor the anathesia at the same time. Also remember in theatre , even if it's the simplest surgery, anything can happen. That's why you consent first.

The theme for WAAW (World Antimicrobial resistance Awareness Week) 2025 is a reminder to us that while we act now, we protect our present while securing the future. This is what we all ought to do if we hope for a future free from untreatable infections.
We had a night full of research and AMR talks at gulu university which attracted researchers, students, academia and policy makers. Involvement of youth in AMR research was emphasized as one way of combating AMR through influencing evidence based policy making.
WAVE joins Gulu University AMR Club to empower youth in the fight against AMR, guiding students to actively engage in research, which provides the foundation for evidence-based advocacy.
