Seeing @GateEU_Official suspended is concerning.
Gate Europe operates through a regulated EU entity with MiCA and Payment Institution licences, and has become a valuable crypto gateway for users across Europe.
@Support, please review the account again.
Compliant companies need a reliable channel to communicate important updates to their users.
Hoping to see Gate EU back soon.
The next payment war won’t be fought over cards.
It will be fought over settlement, identity, authorization, and infrastructure.
As money moves 24/7 on-chain — and AI agents increasingly initiate transactions — Visa and Mastercard are repositioning for a new payment stack.
→ Visa’s stablecoin settlement volume: $20B annualized, 15x+ YoY
→ Mastercard: 6 stablecoins across 8 public chains
→ Both are building the trust and authorization layer for Agentic Payments
But their strategies are diverging:
Visa is going deeper into the network, turning settlement data into programmable financial infrastructure.
Mastercard is expanding beyond cards, targeting stablecoins, wallets, treasury, and AI-driven commerce.
The question is no longer whether stablecoins enter traditional payments — but who owns the infrastructure when payments become on-chain, programmable, and autonomous.

🔮 "My view is in ten to fifteen years, all money's going to be on-chain." — Marc Boiron, CEO of Polygon Labs @0xPolygon@0xMarcB
Why? Because regulated, permissioned systems may be a bridge, but they're not the destination.
In this episode of the Gate Ventures Podcast, we explore how a chain once known for being "fast and cheap" is evolving into the Open Money Stack, a fully vertically integrated, blockchain-based payments company.
We also cover:
🔹 Marc's journey from law firm partner to Chief Legal Officer at dYdX and CEO of Polygon Labs
🔹 The strategy behind Polygon's acquisition of Coinme and Sequence
🔹 USDT on Tron or Polygon? Why users may not actually care
🔹 When will banks lose their dominance over money movement?
🔹 The biggest alpha: Polygon already powers 97%-99% of all x402 agentic payment transactions

We know the Memestocks play on @RobinhoodApp Chain went viral, but how do these stock tokens actually work?
Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited (RHJ) issues them as ERC-20 tokenized debt securities. They provide exposure to the underlying stock’s price, but do not represent direct ownership or grant shareholder rights.
Bitstamp Global Limited (BBVI), acquired by Robinhood, is the sole Authorized Participant. Only KYB-approved APs can mint and redeem stock tokens directly with RHJ; Regular users and developers can only buy existing tokens on the secondary market.
@solana has recently pushed forward 3 major Governance Proposals, all pointing to the same broader theme: redesigning how the network is governed and how value accrues to SOL.
・SGP-0001 | Solana Constitution Establishes a formal stake-weighted governance framework for major protocol decisions.
・SGP-0002 | Double Disinflation Raises the annual disinflation rate from 15% to 30%, bringing SOL to its 1.5% terminal inflation faster and reducing issuance by ~18.9M SOL over 6 years.
・SGP-0003 | Resource & Inclusion Fee Proposed redesigning transaction fees so higher resource usage would generate higher fees, with the resource-fee portion 100% burned.
Put together, Solana is tackling three fundamental questions:
→ Who governs the network
→ How much SOL gets issued
→ How network activity accrues value back to SOL

In this episode, Gate Ventures' Tiffany sits down with Jim Hiltner @HiltnerJim , Co-founder of Superstate @SuperstateInc, to explore the future of tokenized capital markets — from why institutions are looking for programmable finance, to what needs to happen before tokenized equities go mainstream.
Key Takeaways:
💡 From TradFi to Superstate:
Jim's journey spans traditional finance, CFA, Compound Treasury — where he helped build institutional adoption and secure an S&P credit rating — to founding Superstate with a mission to bring trillions in traditional capital markets on-chain.
💡 Institutions want programmable finance:
The future may not be about replacing intermediaries, but upgrading them. Models like Aave Horizon show a path forward: DeFi infrastructure, KYC-compliant participants, 24/7 settlement, and trusted counterparties.
💡 Not all tokenization is created equal:
There are three models: From wrapped tokens to institutional infrastructure and native issuance — where the token itself represents ownership.
💡 24/7 securities trading is a regulation problem, not a technology problem:
Superstate demonstrated RFQ trading of GLXY on Jupiter with Wintermute. The infrastructure is ready — the next unlock depends on regulatory clarity.
💡 The missing DeFi primitive is securities lending:
Tokenized assets can already work as collateral across protocols like Aave Horizon, Kamino, and Morpho, but unlocking lending markets could bring even more value on-chain.

@Morpho Midnight brings fixed-rate lending onchain, but the surrounding ecosystem remains nascent.
As liquidity deepens and adoption expands, we expect a broader set of specialized participants to emerge across the stack.
Trading platforms will improve price discovery and execution; Vault curators will manage capital allocation and maturity risk; Market makers will build liquidity across different tenors; Risk providers will assess collateral and strategy quality; and liquidation networks will provide backstop capacity when positions become stressed.
Together, these participants could turn Midnight from a standalone fixed-rate lending protocol into the foundation of a more complete onchain fixed-income market.
