In August 2023, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and Ethiopia are invited to join BRICS (Plus). On September 9, India-Middle East- EU (IMEC) is announced by Joe Biden to create an exclusive club in the region excluding Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen to divide the region between friends of the West and foes of the West. On September 26, 2023 Netanyahu presents his insane map of the region at UNGA with "axis of evil" and friends of Israel outlined on it. Palestine no longer exist in the map, only Israel.
