It's amazing how Imran Khan NEVER speaks up for women, even when presented with the opportunity to do so. Tonight,he was asked again whether he approved of the T@liban's ban on women's education. Imran Khan's reply (as usual) was, 'Let the Afghans decide what they want'.

Dude, almost 50% of the Afghan population (i.e. women) ARE EXCLUDED from having a say over their own fates. That's the whole point. With that knowledge, when you say that this is 'Afghan people's decision', what you really mean to say is that Afghan women are NOT Afghans and that their voices don't count. What you really mean to tell me is that the status quo which relegates Afghan women to being second-class citizens is acceptable to you. What you mean to say is that you are quite comfortable with this gender apartheid.

Also, this 'engage with them' argument is total nonsense. Did the international community not engage with the T@liban in the Afghan 'peace' talks led by Zalmay Khalilzad? There was NO AFGHAN WOMAN present in those talks and even if every single Afghan T@liban were to become a billionaire, they would still NEVER let girls & women go to school/university, so please stop with this 'they don't have resources' argument. ENOUGH OF REGRESSIVE MEN DECIDING WOMEN'S FATE WITHOUT WOMEN HAVING A SAY IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO THEIR OWN LIVES.

A drone attack has taken place in Zangara South Waziristan, in which two children have been martyred. These two children were injured who were brought to the hospital, but they could not survive the injuries. Such attacks have always resulted in public casualties.
