“To strive for justice is a sacred duty, and I am ready to lay down my life for Haqeeqi Azadi (true freedom) of my nation.

At this moment, Pakistan is being governed solely under “Asim Law”. Here, verdicts are pre-written and merely announced aloud. Like the baseless decisions and sentences of the past three years, the Toshakhana 2 verdict is nothing new for me. This ruling, too, was delivered in haste, without any evidence and without fulfilling legal requirements. Neither we nor our lawyers were even given opportunity to present our case.

The sustained solitary confinement imposed on me and my wife constitutes severe mental torture. We are barred from books, television, and meetings. Although television access is granted to every other prisoner, even this fundamental facility has been withheld from me and Bushra Bibi. The books sent by my family are confiscated by jail authorities, and we are kept in solitary confinement for weeks at a time. This treatment is inhumane, yet all this oppression and brutality cannot weaken my resolve.

It is not our tradition to target women and children. Our religion mandates mercy toward women even during warfare, yet here they are being persecuted purely out of political vendetta. I am deeply saddened and distressed by the mistreatment and brutality faced by my sisters and other women outside Adiala Jail. The treatment meted out to Bushra Bibi, Dr. Yasmin, Mahrang Baloch, and other women stands in clear violation of Islamic traditions and moral values. Bushra Bibi, my wife, has been subjected to solitary confinement purely because of personal hostility towards me, even though she has no political role and is a homemaker.

The army is mine and belongs to the people of Pakistan. When I criticize Asim Munir, it is criticism of an individual, just as past dictators were criticized. Asim Munir did not come into power through a public referendum or popular vote. Whatever is happening to me in jail is being carried out on the instructions of a colonel acting under Asim Munir’s orders.

The rule of law in Pakistan has been severely undermined. Just as in 2007, PCO judges who sided with a dictator and tarnished the sanctity of the judiciary earned no respect, while those who resisted were hailed as national heroes. Similarly, today, the judges who are resisting this system are our heroes, while those acting as puppets, obediently following orders, lack conscience and are no different from the PCO judges of the Musharraf era.

For the struggle to restore the rule of law and uphold the Constitution, it is essential for the Insaf Lawyers Forum and legal fraternity to step forward decisively. Only a just legal system can safeguard the people; without it, neither economic progress nor moral development is possible.

I have full confidence in Salman Safdar and his team and have instructed them to file an appeal against these bogus decisions in the Islamabad High Court.

My message for Sohail Afridi is to prepare for a street movement. The entire nation must rise for their rights!!

اس وقت پاکستان صرف ”عاصم لأ“ پر چل رہا ہے۔ یہاں صرف لکھے لکھائے فیصلے پڑھ کر سنائے جا رہے ہیں۔ پچھلے تین سال کے بےبنیاد فیصلوں اور سزاؤں کی طرح توشہ خانہ 2 کا فیصلہ بھی میرے لیے کوئی نئی بات نہیں۔ یہ فیصلہ بھی ج�� نے بغیر کسی ثبوت اور قانونی تقاضے پورے کیے بغیر ہی جلدبازی میں سنا دیا- ہمیں یا ہمارے وکلأ تک کو نہیں سنا گیا-

مجھے اور میری اہلیہ کو مسلسل قید تنہائی میں رکھ کر ذہنی اذیت کا نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے۔ ہماری کتابوں، ٹی وی اور ملاقات سب پر پابندی ہے۔ جیل میں ہر قیدی ٹی وی دیکھ سکتا ہے لیکن مجھ پر اور بشریٰ بی بی پر ٹی وی دیکھنے تک کی بھی پابندی لگا دی گئی ہے۔ میرے خاندان کی جانب سے جو کتابیں بھیجی جاتی ہیں وہ جیل حکام کی طرف سے روک لی جاتی ہیں۔ ہمیں کئی کئی ہفتے مسلسل قید تنہائی میں رکھا جاتا ہے، یہ غیر انسانی سلوک ہے لیکن یہ سب ظلم و بربریت مجھے میرے عزم سے پیچھے نہیں ہٹا ��کتا۔

ہماری روایات نہیں کہ عورتوں اور بچوں پر ظلم کیا جائے۔ ہمارے دین میں تو دوران جنگ بھی خواتین کو بخش دیا جاتا ہے مگر یہاں محض سیاسی اختلا�� پر خواتین پر ظلم ڈھائے جا رہے ہیں۔ میری بہنوں اور دیگر خواتین کے ساتھ اڈیالہ جیل کے باہر جو بدسلوکی اور ظلم ہو رہا ہے اس پر مجھے شدید دکھ اور افسوس ہے۔ یہ جو سلوک بشرٰی بی بی، ڈاکٹر یاسمین، ماہرنگ بلوچ اور دیگر خواتین کے ساتھ کیا جا رہا ہے، وہ اسلامی روایات اور اخلاقیات کے برعکس ہے۔ میری اہلیہ بشریٰ بی بی کو صرف مجھ سے بغض میں قید تنہائی میں ڈالا ہوا ہے حالانکہ ان کا تو سیاست سے کوئی تعلق بھی نہیں تھا۔ وہ ایک گھریلو خاتون ہیں۔

فوج میری ہے اور پاکستان قوم کی ہے- جب میں عاصم منیر پر تنقید کرتا ہوں تو وہ ایک شخص پر تنقید ہے، جیسے ماضی کے ڈکٹیٹرز پر بھی ہوتی آئی ہے۔ عاصم منیر نہ تو کسی عوامی ریفرنڈم کے تحت ملک پر بیٹھا ہے، نہ عوامی ووٹ کے ذریعے آیا ہے۔ جیل میں میرے ساتھ جو کچھ بھی ہو رہا ہے، ایک کرنل کے کہنے پر ہو رہا ہے جو عاصم منیر کے احکامات مانتا ہے۔

پاکستان میں قانون کی بالادستی کا جنازہ اٹھ چکا ہے۔ 2007 میں جیسے پی سی او ججز نے ڈکٹیٹر کا ساتھ دے کر عدلیہ کا ت��دس پامال کیا ان کی کوئی عزت نہیں، اور جنھوں نے ڈکٹیٹر کے خلاف مزاحمت کی وہ قوم کے ہیرو تھے۔ ایسے ہی آج کل جو ججز اس نظام کے خلاف مزاحمت کر رہے ہیں وہ ہمارے ہیروز ہیں۔ جو جج کٹھ پتلی بن کر ان کے اشاروں پر ناچ رہے ہیں وہ بے ضمیر ہیں اور مشرف دور کے پی سی او ججز کے ہی برابر ہیں۔

قانون کی بالادستی اور آئین کی بحالی کی جدوجہد کے لیے انصاف لائرز فارم اور وکلأ کا فرنٹ فٹ پر آنا ناگزیر ہے۔ انصاف کا نظام ہی عوام کو تحفظ دے سکتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ نہ کوئی معاشی ترقی ممکن ہے نہ ہی اخلاقی۔

مجھے سلمان صفدر اور ان کی ٹیم پر اعتماد ہے اور میں نے انہیں ہدایت کی ہے کہ بوگس فیصلوں کے
خلاف اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں اپیل کریں۔

سہیل آفریدی کو پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ سٹریٹ موومنٹ کی تیاری پکڑیں۔ پوری قوم کو اپنے حقوق کے لیے اٹھنا ہو گا-

“Asim Munir is a mentally unstable person whose moral degradation has led to the complete collapse of the Constitution and the rule of law in Pakistan, leaving the fundamental human rights of every Pakistani unprotected.

My wife and I have been imprisoned on fabricated charges at his command, and we are being subjected to severe psychological torment. I have been completely isolated in a cell, placed in solitary confinement. For four weeks I was not permitted to see a single human being, and I was kept entirely cut off from the outside world. Even the basic necessities guaranteed under the jail manual have been denied to us.

Despite the orders of the High Court, first my meetings with my political colleagues were prohibited, and now even my meetings with my lawyers and family have been stopped. Any human rights charter will show that psychological torture is classified as 'torture', and it is regarded as even more severe than physical abuse.

My sister Noreen Niazi was dragged on the road simply because she demanded her rightful meeting with me. Only a man like Asim Munir could sanction such conduct. He has imprisoned Dr. Yasmin Rashid, an elderly cancer survivor, purely out of political vengeance. My wife, Bushra Begum, has been imprisoned only to exert pressure on me. Even her children are not allowed to meet her, and she has been deprived of all facilities. These examples reveal the character and mental disposition of this man.

Enduring solitary confinement is extremely painful, but I am bearing it only for the sake of my nation. Until the nation itself breaks the chains of slavery, the mafias imposed on Pakistan will continue to exploit it. The extension mafia, land mafia, sugar mafia, and mandate-thief mafia will keep this nation enslaved until the people themselves rise. Today you are their slaves; your future generations will be slaves to their generations. If you want to break this cycle, the nation must break the chains of enslavement itself and stand up for Haqeeqi Azadi (genuine freedom).

There is no place in my party for those who play on both sides of the wicket. Such people are the ‘Mir Sadiq’ and ‘Mir Jafar’ of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. The participation of PTI individuals in the NDU workshop is shameful. On one hand, we are enduring all kinds of hardships, and on the other hand, when our own people socialise with those who oppress us, it causes me deep pain.

I have always stated that drone attacks and military operations on our own people only fuels terrorism. Asim Munir’s policies are disastrous for this country. It is because of his policies that the scourge of terrorism has spiraled out of control, which deeply grieves me. He has no regard for the interests of his own nation. Whatever he is doing is merely to please the Western world. He deliberately ignited tensions with Afghanistan seeking to portray himself internationally as a ‘mujahid’ (warrior). He first threatened Afghans, then expelled refugees by force, and conducted drone strikes on them; the consequences of which came in the form of rising terrorism inside Pakistan. This man has sacrificed the country to terrorism for his own personal interests.

Sohail Afridi is commendable because he chose resistance over reconciliation during repressive times. My message to Sohail Afridi is to continue playing on the front foot. There is no law or constitution in this country. The law is invoked only against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf; everyone else remains exempt. Whatever Sohail Afridi is doing, he should continue. He has my full support.

As for those issuing threats of Governor’s Rule: impose it right away instead of waiting, and then see consequences for themselves!

مجھے اور میری اہلیہ کو عاصم منیر کے حکم پر جھوٹے مقدمات میں جیل میں رکھا گیا ہے اور شدید ترین ذہنی ٹارچر کیا جا رہا ہے۔ مجھے مکمل طور پر ایک سیل میں بند کر کے قید تنہائی میں ڈالا ہوا ہے۔ چار ہفتے تک میری کسی ایک انسان سے بھی ملاقات نہیں ہوئی۔ اور بیرونی دنیا سے بالکل بےخبر رکھا گیا، جیل مینؤل کے مطابق دی جانے والی ہماری ب��یادی ضروریات بھی ختم کر دی گئی ہیں۔

ہائی کورٹ کے احکامات کے باوجود پہلے میری سیاسی ساتھیوں سے ملاقات پرپابندی لگائی گئی اور اب وکلأ اور اہل خانہ سے ملاقات بھی بند کر دی گئی ہے۔ انسانی حقوق کا کوئی بھی چارٹر اٹھا کر دیکھیں ذہنی تشدد بھی "ٹارچر" ہی کہلاتا ہے اور جسمانی تشدد سے بھی ذیادہ سنگین عمل سمجھا جاتا ہے۔

میری ہمشیرہ نورین نیازی کو سڑک پر گھسیٹا گیا، صرف اس لیے کہ وہ مجھ سے ملاقات کا ��ائز حق مانگ رہی تھیں، یہ صرف عاصم منیر جیسا شخص ہی کر سکتا ہے۔ اس نے ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد جیسی بزرگ کینسر سرائیوور کو سیاسی انتقام کی غرض سے جیل میں ڈالا ہوا ہے۔ میری اہلیہ بشریٰ بیگم کو صرف مجھ پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے قید کیا ہوا ہے۔ ان کے بچوں سے بھی انکی ملاقات نہیں کرنے دی جا رہی۔ ان کو تمام سہولیات سے محروم رکھا گیا ہے، ان سب مثالوں سے اس شخص کی ذہنی سطح کا اندازہ ہوتا ہے۔

قید تنہائی کاٹنا انتہائی تکلیف دہ عمل ہے لیکن میں یہ صرف اپنی قوم کی خاطر برداشت کر رہا ہوں۔ جب تک قوم خود غلامی کی زنجیریں نہیں توڑتی، پاکستان پر مسلط مافیاز ایسے ہی اس کا استحصال کرتے رہیں گے۔ ایکسٹینشن مافیا، لینڈ مافیا، چینی مافیا، مینڈیٹ چور مافیا ہر ایک اس قوم کو تب تک غلام بنا کر رکھے گا جب تک کہ یہ قوم خود اٹھ کھڑی نہیں ہوتی۔ آپ آج ان کے غلام ہیں، آپ کی نسلیں ان کی نسلوں کی غلام ہوں گی اگر اس چکر کو توڑنا ہے تو قوم کو خود غلامی کی زنجیریں توڑ کر “حقیقی آزادی” کے لیے کھڑا ہونا ہے۔

وکٹ کے دونوں جانب کھیلنے والوں کی میری پارٹی میں کوئی جگہ نہیں ہے۔ ایسے لوگ تحریک انصاف کے "میر صادق" اور "میر جعفر" ہیں۔ این ڈی یو ورک شاپ میں تحریک انصاف کے لوگوں کی شرکت شرمناک ہے۔ ایک جانب ہم لوگ ہر قسم کی سختیاں برداشت کر رہے ہیں تو دوسری جانب جب ہمارے ہی لوگ ہم پر ظلم ڈھانے والوں سے سماجی تعلقات بڑھانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں تو مجھے انتہائی تکلیف ہوتی ہے۔

میں ہمیشہ کہتا آیا ہوں کہ اپنے ہی لوگوں پر ڈرون اٹیکس اور ملٹری آپریشنز سے دہشتگردی مزید بڑھتی ہے- عاصم منیر کی پالیسیاں اس ملک کے لیے تباہ کن ہیں۔ اس ہی کی پالیسی کی بدولت آج ملک میں دہشتگردی کا نا��ور بے قابو ہے جس پر مجھے انتہائی دکھ ہے۔ اس کو اپنے ملک کے مفادات کی رتی برابر بھی پرواہ نہیں ہے۔ یہ جو کچھ کر رہا ہے، محض مغربی دنیا کی خوشنودی کے لیے کر رہا ہے۔ افغانستان کے ساتھ آگ کو جان بوجھ کر بھڑکایا، اس کا مقصد ہے کہ اسے “انٹرنیشنلی مجاہد” سمجھا جائے- اس نے پہلے افغانوں کو دھمکایا، پھر مہاجرین کو ملک سے دھکے دے کر باہر نکالا، ان پر ڈرون حملے کیے جس کے اثرات پاکستان میں دہشت گردی بڑھنے کی صورت میں آئے۔ اس شخص نے اپنے ذاتی مفاد کے لیے ملک کو دہشتگردی کی بھینٹ چڑھا دیا ہے۔

سہیل آفریدی قابل تعریف ہے کیونکہ جبر کے اس ماحول میں وہ مفاہمت کے بجائے مزاحمت کو ترجیح دے رہا ہے۔ سہیل آفریدی کو پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ وہ فرنٹ فٹ پر آ کر کھیلتا رہے۔ اس ملک میں کوئی قانون اور آئین نہیں ہے۔ قانون صرف تحریک انصاف کے لیے حرکت میں آتا ہے ورنہ ہر کوئی اس سے مبرا ہے۔ سہیل آفریدی جو بھی کر رہا ہے اسے جاری رکھے میں اس کی مکمل حمایت کرتا ہوں۔

گورنر راج کی دھمکیاں لگانے والے کل کی بجائے آج لگا لیں اور پھر دیکھیں ان کے ساتھ ہوتا کیا ہے!!

محمود خان اچکزئی اور علامہ راجہ ناصر عباس میرے لیے انتہائی قابل احترام ہیں۔ وہ جمہوریت پسند اور اصول پرست لوگ ہیں۔ مجھے حیرت ہے کہ اب تک ان کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری نہیں ہوا۔ میں تحریک انصاف کی پارلیمانی جماعت کو ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ سپیکر اور چئیرمین سینیٹ کے سامنے اس معاملے پر احتجاج کریں تاکہ ان کا اپوزیشن لیڈر کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا جائے۔ اس کے علاوہ موجودہ نظام مخالف کسی بھی قسم کی تحریک کے لیے جو بھی کال تحریک تحفظ آئین پاکستان کی جانب سے دی جائے تمام تحریک انصاف اس پر عمل کرے“

“The large turnout of the people at Charsadda, Khyber, and Karak Jalsas indicate an increasing public awareness and a shared commitment to protecting their rights. I extend my appreciation to all the organizers for successfully continuing the public outreach campaign in an exemplary manner.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, in collaboration with the Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Aaeen-e-Pakistan (Movement for the Protection of Pakistan’s Constitution), must now accelerate the struggle for true freedom.

The continued delay in issuing notifications for Mahmood Khan Achakzai and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas as Leaders of the Opposition is deeply concerning. I demand that they be immediately notified as Leaders of the Opposition in the Senate and the National Assembly, respectively.

Today once again, in defiance of Islamabad High Court orders, my lawyers, family, and the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were denied permission to meet me and were turned away. This is not only a blatant violation of fundamental human rights but also a clear contempt of court. The hearings of the unfounded cases against me are nearing conclusion, after which I will likely be placed in solitary confinement once again.

I direct all party workers and senior lawyers to immediately approach the superior judiciary and file petitions against this open contempt of court. Likewise, regarding the delaying tactics being used in the Al-Qadir Trust case, I instruct that legal action be taken, and a hearing date must be secured before leaving the court premises.

“The concept of a ‘hard state’ that Asim Munir is attempting to implement in Pakistan is entirely misguided. In its true sense, a “hard state” is one where the Constitution reigns supreme, justice remains independent, democratic freedoms are protected, and the national interest outweighs personal gain.

In contrast, Asim Munir’s notion of a ‘hard state’ signifies a system in which the pillars of democracy are dismantled and ‘Asim Law’ prevails. No ‘hard state’ can ever be established without the support and will of the people. The atrocities being perpetrated under ‘Asim Law’ are not strengthening the state. They are, in fact, eroding its very foundations. No country can become strong by turning its guns on its own citizens, as witnessed on November 26th (2024) and in Muridke, where the army, paramilitary Rangers, and the police opened fire on their own people.

The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have given a clear and overwhelming mandate to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. This mandate grants me the constitutional and democratic authority to determine the province’s policies, for my accountability lies solely with the people. It is also the right of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sohail Afridi, to ensure the implementation of the policies, formulated in consultation with me, for which the people reposed their trust and cast their votes in our favor.

During PTI’s tenure, prudent policies fostered peace across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and beyond. Yet, since the regime change, the nation has witnessed a consistent deterioration in stability. Over the past three years, I have consistently emphasized the need for wisdom and foresight in dealing with Afghanistan through peaceful means. The current strained relations with Afghanistan are deeply concerning. Hatred and confrontation serve no one’s interests; only policies framed by genuine representatives of the people can bring about a lasting solution to terrorism.

The baseless and fabricated cases against me are being deliberately prolonged. In the Al-Qadir University Trust case, justice has been systematically denied for the past ten months. After an extended delay, the case was finally scheduled for hearing, yet the decision on bail continues to be postponed. I instruct all PTI political leaders, members of assemblies, and lawyers to regularly attend and remain present during all court proceedings of my cases, and to continue their presence until justice is served. Participation in open-court hearings is your legal and democratic right.

During PTI’s tenure in government, Nawaz Sharif was allowed daily meetings with numerous political figures in jail, with unrestricted access to family members. Even formal dinners were arranged. In stark contrast, I am being held in complete isolation. There is no precedent for such political vendetta in Pakistan’s history.

I am not being provided the basic facilities guaranteed under prison regulations. Over the past ten months, I have been allowed to speak to my sons only once, and that too for two brief intervals of three minutes each. I am being deprived not only of my fundamental human rights but also of my rights as the head of a political party, to meet party officials and consult with them. Hurdles are constantly placed to obstruct my meetings with lawyers, political colleagues, and family members. This is a blatant violation of my fundamental and legal rights.”

تحریکِ انصاف کے دور حکومت میں بہتر پالیسیوں کے باعث خیبرپختونخوا سمیت ملک بھر میں امن قائم ہوا، مگر رجیم چینج کے بعد سے حالات مسلسل بگڑتے جا رہے ہیں۔ میں تین سال سے مسلسل کہتا آیا ہوں کہ ہمیں دانشمندی اور دوراندیشی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے افغانستان کے ساتھ پرامن انداز میں معاملات آگے بڑھانے چاہییں۔ افغانستان سے کشیدہ صورتحال نہایت تشویشناک ہے۔ نفرت اور تصادم کسی کے مفاد میں نہیں، عوام کے حقیقی نمائندوں کی بنائی ہوئی پالیسیاں ہی دہشتگردی کا دیرپا حل نکال سکتی ہیں۔

میرے خلاف قائم جھوٹے اور بے بنیاد مقدمات کو جان بوجھ کر لٹکایا جا رہا ہے۔ القادر ٹرسٹ کیس میں گزشتہ دس ماہ سے انصاف کا قتل ہو رہا ہے۔ مشکل سے 10 ماہ بعد کیس کی سماعت کی تاریخ ملی، مگر ضمانت کا فیصلہ تاحال تاخیر کا شکار ہے۔ میں تحریکِ انصاف کے تمام سیاسی قائدین، اراکینِ اسمبلی، اور وکلاء کو ہدایت دیتا ہوں کہ اب سے میرے تمام کیسز کی عدالتی کارروائیوں میں باقاعدگی سے شرکت کریں، سماعت کے موقع پر عدالت میں موجود رہیں، اور انصاف کے حصول تک اپنی موجودگی برقرار رکھیں۔ اوپن کورٹ کے کیسز میں شرکت آپ کا قانونی و جمہوری حق ہے۔

Sohail Afridi has been one of my long-standing and loyal companions from the Insaf Students Federation (ISF). Guided by the spirit and vision of PTI, I trust he will bring lasting and revolutionary progress to KP. I also appreciate Ali Amin Gandapur for ensuring a dignified and orderly transfer of Govt on this occasion.

During the transition phase of the Chief Ministership in KP, Salman Akram Raja performed exceptionally well before the media and in the High Court. I commend him for discharging his responsibilities with great professionalism and integrity.

I reiterate my demand for the establishment of a judicial commission to investigate the four major incidents of mass killings of civilians that have taken place over the past two years: May 9th (2023), Nov 26th (2024), Azad Kashmir, and Muridke.

Since the beginning, my position on the May 9th false-flag operation has been firm and consistent. Transparency demands that the CCTV footage be made public and that an independent judicial commission be constituted to investigate the incident. Regrettably, no such measures have been taken. Instead, fabricated cases have been lodged against the victims themselves, and in the absence of transparent investigations or credible evidence, they have been handed ten-year sentences by military and summary courts. reality, it was unarmed citizens and peaceful supporters who came under fire that day.

The same pattern of state brutality was repeated on Nov 26th, when unarmed & peaceful demonstrators were directly targeted with live fire. Had the truth about May 9th been revealed, the tragedies of Nov 26th, as well as others like it, could have been averted. Later, in Azad Kashmir and now in Muridke, protesters have again been subjected to state violence. The establishment of an independent judicial commission has become imperative to ensure that the victims receive justice and those responsible for these massacres are held accountable.

If a judicial commission is once again not established to transparently investigate the killing of unarmed citizens, then, God forbid, as this reign of terror intensifies, an even greater tragedy may follow.

Today, everything in the country is being run under “Asim’s Law.” All courts have effectively turned into military courts, and even the civilian judiciary is being operated in the same manner.

In the aftermath of the 26th unconstitutional amendment, the prospect of justice from the judiciary has all but faded. The growing lawlessness and injustice across the country are direct consequences of this amendment. Our cases and petitions were presented before Justice Qazi Faez Isa, Justice Aminuddin, Justice Amir Farooq, and Justice Dogar, but justice was denied at every level.

Asim Munir, Qazi Faez Isa, and Sikandar Sultan Raja have stolen our mandate and imposed an incompetent and illegitimate regime through Form 47. This regime lacks the vision, competence, and legitimacy required to steer Pakistan out of its current crises. There exists no coherent policy framework or strategic direction to confront the pressing challenges of terrorism, internal instability, and foreign relations.

History has repeatedly shown that military dictatorships & their reliance on the use of force have never yielded lasting solutions. The issue with Afghanistan, in particular, demands a political, not military, solution. It is therefore the duty of political leadership to ensure lasting peace through dialogue and wisdom. The Form 47 regime lacks both the legitimacy & the capability to play any effective role in establishing peace.

During our Govt, the level of terrorism in Pakistan had reached its lowest point. If I am released on parole, I am ready to play my role in resolving disputes with Afghanistan & in the restoration of peace in the region."

میں گزشتہ دو سال میں ہونے والے قتلِ عام کے چار بڑے واقعات جن میں 9 مئی، 26 نومبر، آزاد کشمیر اور مریدکے قتلِ عام شامل ہیں، پر جوڈیشل کمیشن کے قیام کا مطالبہ دہراتا ہوں۔ ان تمام واقعات میں بڑی تعداد میں نہتے شہریوں کو شہید کیا گیا۔

9 مئی فالس فلیگ کے حوالے سے میرا شروع سے یہی موقف ہے کہ واقعے کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج پیش کی جائے اور آزادانہ و شفاف تحقیقات کے لیے جوڈیشل کمیشن قائم کیا جائے۔ جس پر افسوس ہے کہ کوئی عملدرآمد نہیں ہوا بلکہ الٹا متاثرہ فریق کیخلاف ہی جھوٹے مقدمات بنا کر بغیر شفاف تحقیقات اور ثبوت کے ملٹری کورٹس اور کینگرو کورٹس سے 10، 10 سال قید کی سزائیں سنائی گئیں۔ حالانکہ اس دن نہتے شہریوں اور سپورٹرز کو گولیوں کا نشانہ بنایا گیا-

قتلِ عام کی یہی واردات 26 نومبر کو دہرائی گئی جب نہتے پرامن مظاہرین پر سیدھی گولیاں برسائی گئیں۔ اگر 9 مئی کے حقائق سامنے آجاتے تو 26 نومبر اور اس جیسے واقعات نا ہوتے۔ ��ھر آزاد کشمیر اور اب مریدکے میں مظاہرین کو ریاستی بربریت کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ ان واقعات کی آزادانہ تحقیقات کیلئے جوڈیشل کمیشن کا قیام ناگزیر ہے تاکہ مظلوموں کو انصاف مل سکے اور قتلِ عام کے ذمہ داران کو قرار واقعی سزا دی جائے۔

اگر اب کی بار نہتے شہریوں کے قتلِ عام پر جوڈیشل کمیشن بنا کر شفاف تحقیقات نہ کی گئیں تو خدانخواستہ اگلا واقعہ اس سے بھی بڑا ہوگا کیونکہ ظلم و بربریت میں مسلسل اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔

نماز جمعہ کے بعد خیبرپختونخوا میں ہمارے تمام کارکنان اور عوام مریدکے قتلِ عام کیخلاف نکلیں اور چاروں واقعات کے جوڈیشل کمیشن کے قیام کا مطالبہ کریں۔

آج ملک میں سب ��چھ عاصم لاء کے تحت ہو رہا ہے- ساری عدالتیں فوجی عدالتوں میں بدل چکی ہیں، جیسے فوجی عدالتوں کو چلایا جاتا ہے ویسے ہی عام عدالتوں کو بھی چلایا جا رہا ہے۔

26ویں غیر آئینی ترمیم کے بعد عدالتوں سے انصاف کی توقع تقریباً ختم ہو چکی ہے۔ ملک میں بڑھتی لاقانونیت اور ناانصافی اسی ترمیم کا نتیجہ ہے- جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ، جسٹس امین الدین، جج عامر فاروق، اور جج ڈوگر سب کے پاس ہمارے کیسز اور پٹیشن گئیں مگر کہیں سے انصاف نہیں ملا۔

عاصم منیر، قاضی فائز عیسٰی اور سکندر سلطان راجہ نے ہمارا مینڈیٹ چوری کر کے فارم 47 کی نااہل اور ناجائز حکومت پاکستان پر مسلط کی جن کے پاس پاکستان کو درپیش مسائل سے نکالنے کا نہ ہی کوئی وژن ہے، نہ اہلیت ہے اور نہ ہی کوئی اختیار۔ ان کی دہشتگردی کے مسئلے، امن کے قیام اور دیگر ممالک کے ساتھ تعلقات کے حوالے سے بھی اپنی کوئی سوچ اور پالیسی نہیں ہے-

The way our members stood firmly by the party’s ideology and voted, without hesitation or reservation, for my nominee for Chief Minister is truly commendable. I also pay tribute to Ali Amin Gandapur, who, without any reluctance, tendered his resignation, not just once but three times. This smooth transition is clear evidence that the ideology of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) continues to be strong in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

My message specifically for Sohail Afridi is that he is my opening batsman, and he should play expensively and with full confidence.

PTI is the largest political party in the country. To label those associated with it as ‘traitors’ merely because they disagree with a particular policy is extremely dangerous. Those who distribute certificates of treason and label others as ‘anti-state’ for political convenience must be stopped.
As a politician, it is my democratic right to critique any policy that goes against the public interest, national integrity, or democratic principles. I have always opposed, and will continue to oppose, any such policy that harms Pakistan’s interests. The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have given us their mandate, and we are accountable not to the DG ISPR but to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Therefore, we shall never act against the interests of Pakistan or its people.

I have no enmity with the Pakistan Army. The Army is mine just as the country and its people are mine. Many members of my own family have served in the armed forces. During the 1965 war, people from seven out of eight houses in our Zaman Park community were serving in the Army, defending the nation. It pains me deeply when soldiers lose their lives in the war against terrorism. Yet instability persists, and lives continue to be lost on both sides.
History bears witness that military operations alone cannot eradicate terrorism. Our principled stance is that military operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are unacceptable, as lives of innocent civilians are lost under the label of ‘collateral damage’ and people are displaced from their homes. Large-scale operations have been carried out for decades in an attempt to eliminate terrorism, but the menace persists. Precious lives are lost every year, whether the martyrs are soldiers, police officers, or innocent civilians.

I have always maintained that to achieve the complete elimination of terrorism, decisions cannot be made behind closed doors. What is needed is a comprehensive strategy based on political wisdom and inclusivity. Any policy formulated without the consultation and participation of political representatives and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is unacceptable. All key stakeholders, including local tribal leaders, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and federal governments, and the Afghan government must be consulted in determining counterterrorism policies. Without meaningful dialogue with Afghanistan, the issue of terrorism cannot be resolved.

I once again instruct the new Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to engage all parties involved and formulate an effective and comprehensive strategy against terrorism. One that ensures sustainable peace in the province and ultimately leads to economic recovery.

In every democratic society, citizens have the fundamental right to peaceful protest. To use violence against unarmed people and open fire on them is completely unacceptable. The brutality inflicted upon Tehreek-e-Labbaik workers is the same injustice that PTI has been enduring for the past three years. A similar massacre occurred on November 26th (2024) at D-Chowk when our unarmed supporters were fired upon by snipers. I strongly condemn the inhumane violence and the shooting of unarmed citizens in the Muridke tragedy.”

پاکستان تحریک انصاف ملک کی سب سے بڑی جماعت ہے اس سے منسلک لوگوں کو صرف اس لیے غدار کہہ دینا کہ وہ کسی پالیسی سے متفق نہیں انتہائی خطرناک عمل ہے۔ اس بنیاد پر غداری کے سرٹیفیکیٹ بانٹنے اور ریاست مخالفت کا لیبل لگانے والوں کی دکان بند ہونی چاہیے۔
بطور سیاستدان ایسی کسی بھی پالیسی پر تنقید کرنا میرا حق ہے جو عوام کے مفاد ، ملکی سالمیت اور جمہوریت کے خلاف ہو۔ ایسی ہر پالیسی کی مخالفت کی ہے اور کرتا رہوں گا جو ملکی مفاد کے خلاف ہو۔خیبرپختونخوا میں عوام نے ہمیں مینڈیٹ دیا ہے اور ہم ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر کو نہیں خیبرپختونخوا کی عوام کو جوابدہ ہیں۔ اس لیے ہم پاکستان اور صوبے کی عوام کے مفاد کے خلاف کبھی نہیں جائیں گے۔

میری فوج سے کوئی دشمنی نہیں ہے۔ فوج بھی میری ہے، ملک بھی میرا ہے اور عوام بھی میری ہے۔ میرے اپنے خاندان کے کئی لوگ فوج سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں- 1965 کی جنگ میں ہمارے زمان پارک کے 8 میں سے 7 گھروں سے میرے خاندان کے لوگ فوج میں تھے اور ملک کا دفاع کر رہے تھے۔ مجھے افسوس ہوتا ہے جب دہشتگردی کی جنگ م��ں فوج کے سپاہیوں کا خون بہتا ہے مگر اس کے باوجود بد امنی قائم رہتی ہے اور دونوں طرف ہمارے لوگ مارے جاتے ہیں۔

تاریخ سے ثابت ہے کہ صرف ملٹری آپریشنز دہشتگردی کا حل نہیں ہیں۔ ہمارا اصولی موقف ہے کہ خیبرپختونخوا میں ملٹری آپریشنز قابل قبول نہیں ہیں کیونکہ اس میں “کولیٹرل ڈیمج” کے نام پر معصوم لوگ شہید ہوتے ہیں، اور وہ اپنے علاقوں سے دربدر ہوتے ہیں۔ کئی دہائیوں سے بڑے بڑے آپریشن کر کے دہشتگردی ختم کرنے کی کوشش میں ہیں مگر یہ ناسور ختم نہیں ہو رہا۔ ہر سال بہت سا قیمتی خون بہہ رہا ہے، کبھی فوج اور پولیس فورسز کے اہلکاروں کی شہادتیں ہوتی ہیں تو کبھی معصوم شہری دہشتگردی کے واقعات میں جان کی بازی ہار جاتے ہیں۔

ہمیشہ کہا ہے کہ دہشتگردی کے مکمل خاتمے کے لیے بند کمروں کے فیصلوں کی بجائے ایک موثر، سیاسی بصیرت پر مبنی جامع حکمت عملی کی ضرورت ہے۔ سیاسی نمائندوں اور خیبرپختونخوا حکومت کی موجودگی اور مشاورت کے بغیر بنائی گئی کوئی بھی پالیسی قابل قبول نہیں۔ دہشتگردی کے خلاف پالیسی بناتے ہوئے تمام اہم اسٹیک ہولڈرز سے بات کی جائے چاہے وہ مقامی قبائل ہوں یا خیبرپختونخوا حکومت، وفاقی حکومت یا افغان حکومت۔ افغانستان کے ساتھ بات چیت کے بغیر دہشتگردی کا مسئلہ حل نہیں ہو سکتا۔

خیبرپختونخوا کی نئی حکومت کو ایک مرتبہ پھر سے ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ دہشتگردی کے خلاف تمام فریقین کے ساتھ بات کر کے موثر اور جامع حکمت عملی بنائیں تاکہ صوبے میں موثر اور دیرپا امن قائم ہو اور نتیجتاً معیشت بحال ہو۔

ہر جمہوری معاشرے میں عوام کو احتجاج کا حق حاصل ہوتا ہے۔ نہتے لوگوں پر تشدد کرنا اور سیدھی گولیاں چلانا کسی طور قابل قبول نہیں ہے۔ ��حریک لبیک کے ساتھ جو ظلم ہوا، تحریک انصاف تین سال سے یہی ظلم برداشت کر رہی ہے۔ 26 نومبر کو ڈی چوک میں بھی ایسے ہی خون کی ہولی کھیلی گئی جب ہمارے نہتے کارکنان پر سنائپرز سے گولیاں چلوائی گئیں۔ میں مریدکے سانحے میں بیہمانہ تشدد اور نہتی عوام کو گولیاں مارنے کی پر زور مذمت کرتا ہوں”
