ماہ جبین کو پچھلے چھ دنوں سے کوئٹہ سے ریاست پاکستان کی آرمی اٹھا کر لے گئی ہے، اور تب سے اس کا کوئی اتاپتا نہیں ہے۔
ماہ جبین سے جبری گمشدگی سے پانچ دن پہلے اس کے بھائی کوجبری طور پر گمشدہ کیا گیا۔
ان کے والدین کی حالت خراب ہے۔
بلوچستان میں اٹھارہ سال سے کم عمر بچے ریاستی جبر کا شکار ہیں۔
بلوچستان میں حالات انسانی سوچ کی حد تک خراب ہیں، ماورائے عدالت قتل کی بات تک نہ کریں۔
ماہ رنگ اب تک کیوں سلاخوں کے پیچھے ہے اس وقت اس پر کیس سٹڈی ہونا چاہئے تھا، ویمن اینڈ اسٹیٹ وائلنس پر پورا تھیسز کیا جاسکتا ہے۔

لیکن ماہ جبین کو آج چھ دن مکمل ہیں وہ جبری گمشدہ کی گئی اور غائب ہے!
کسی کی جانب سے کوئی آواز؟ ایک ٹویٹ؟ ایک سوال؟ ایک احتجاج؟ ارے سی سی ٹی وی کی ہی مانگ کر لو؟

پھر اسلام آباد پوچھتا ہے بلوچوں کا مسئلہ کیا ہے!!!

اہلِ پاکستان کے لیے جائز سوال یہ ہونا چاہیے کہ جبری الحاق کے بعد بلوچستان کیوں پاکستان کا نہ ہو سکا؟ تحقیق کریں کہ واقعی ہر معاملے میں بھارت شامل ہے یا یہ سب آپ کی اپنی فوج کے کارنامے ہیں؟ کیا یہ ممکن نہیں کہ کسی ملک میں آزادی کی تحریک کو سیاسی سنجیدگی سے حل کی طرف لے جایا جا سکے؟ ممکن ہے، سیاسیات کے اصولوں کے مطابق یہ ممکن ہے، مگر سیاسیات کو یہاں سنتا کون ہے؟ ستتر سالوں سے معاملات فوج کے ہاتھ میں ہیں، آپریشن پہ آپریشن، جبر پہ جبر، حتیٰ کہ اس تحریک پر بھی جبر جو صرف انسانی حقوق کے لیے اٹھی ہے، آزادی کے لیے نہیں۔ کیا ریاست کی نظر میں یہ ممکن ہے کہ بی وائی سی کو ختم کرکے بلوچستان میں جاری مسلح تحریکوں کو بھی ختم کر دیا جائے؟ ہر گز نہیں بلکہ بی وائی سی پر تشدد ان مسلح تحریکوں کو اور مضبوط کرے گا، ان کے بیانیے کو قوت دے گا کہ پاکستان جیسی ریاست میں پر امن طرزِ سیاست ممکن نہیں، جہاں انسانی حقوق کے دفاع کے لیے بنی تنظیم کو اس طرح تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا جا سکتا ہے، وہاں سیاسی خودمختاری یا حقِ خودارادیت کی بات کرنا ہی ناممکن ہے، اور واحد راستہ مسلح جدوجہد ہے۔

My Response to the DG ISPR and the Violence in Balochistan

Lastday , the Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) once again accused me of being a "proxy of terrorists", a serious and recurring allegation made without a single shred of credible evidence. This pattern of unsubstantiated claims has become a disturbing hallmark of the DG ISPR's public statements.

He further stated: "She (I) was the one who came seeking the dead bodies of the terrorists killed in the Jaffer Express hijacking incident. Who is she to seek the corpses?"

Let me be clear: that particular press conference was widely misused, fabricated, and taken out of context to distort my message During my press conference in March, I did not condone any act of violence. My only demand was transparency. I asked for the identities of unidentified individuals, beyond the twelve named militants, who were buried in the dead of night at Quetta's Kasi graveyard. These unidentified bodies deserve to be named, and their families have a fundamental right to know the fate of their loved ones. This demand is not only moral but a legal right in any civilized society.

For years, a disturbing pattern has emerged in Balochistan: following any violent incidents, law enforcement agencies have been involved in killing and secretly burying forcibly disappeared persons, later labeling them "militants." In the Jaffer Express case, the armed group responsible publicly released the names, photos, and details of the twelve men involved. Yet over two dozen bodies were brought to Civil Hospital Quetta. My question was: who were the others? Why were they buried in secrecy?

Once again, in response to the DG ISPR's latest accusations, I ask: where is the evidence? If Pakistan's intelligence and military institutions are as capable as they claim, why has no proof ever been presented against me?

My activism is peaceful, principled, and grounded in universal human rights values. I have consistently condemned violence, whether committed by non-state actors or the state itself. But Balochistan today is a landscape scarred by systemic repression, enforced disappearances, and a complete breakdown of justice and accountability. Rather than address these realities, the state chooses to vilify those who dare to speak the truth.

The international community must take note. The people of Balochistan deserve justice, not smear campaigns. They deserve answers, not threats. And above all, they deserve to live without fear.

Zakria Ismail a recent law graduate from the University of Karachi, was meant to sit for his GAT exam today, the next step in a journey toward justice, But last night, from Hazara Town in Karachi, he was forcibly disappeared by the Counter-Terrorism Department and Military Intelligence. No warrant. No accusation. Just the machinery of a state that disappears whenever they want.

Zakria Baloch is not a threat. He is a student, brilliant, committed. He is from Nasirabad, Kech, a region that knows too well what it means to be punished for existing.

Today, Quetta answered BYC’s call against extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, and the unlawful detention of BYC leaders.

On 13th May 2025, the Balochistan High Court reserved its judgment on the detention of @MahrangBaloch_ under the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) ordinance. Till date no judgment has been announced. This is the second petition filed to challenge Mahrang's detention.

The BHC had already been in clear violation of principles established by the Supreme Court when it disposed of the first petition challenging her detention, without ruling on the legality of the MPO. Instead, the Court directed Mahrang to approach the Balochistan government and seek a review. In doing so, the BHC failed to recognize that preventive detention—when alleged to be unlawful—falls squarely within the domain of habeas corpus, where it becomes the Court's obligation to intervene and determine the legality of the detention.

By adopting this approach, the BHC effectively denied Mahrang any meaningful relief and, in effect, aligned with the wishes of the Establishment, which seeks to detain her and other Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) leaders indefinitely, subjecting them to both physical and psychological torture.

It is also worth noting that during proceedings on the first petition, the Government of Balochistan failed to present any material evidence justifying Mahrang’s detention. This was another serious lapse on the part of the BHC.

The first MPO order was issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Quetta, under which Mahrang was arrested and detained on 22nd March. To date, no record exists of any Cabinet approval from the Balochistan government proving that the DC had prior sanction before issuing the MPO. The BHC’s failure to scrutinize this action represents yet another shortcoming in its duty to conduct judicial review.

As of now, nearly 57 days have passed since Mahrang's detention. For almost the same duration, other BYC leaders—Beebow Baloch, Sibghatullah Shahji, Bebarg Zehri, and Gulzadi Baloch—have also been held in unlawful detention.

By every standard, the performance and conduct of the BHC in this matter has been deeply troubling, questionable, and deserving of strong condemnation. The courts serve as the final refuge when the government and political institutions fail the people.

When all pillars of the state and constitutional institutions collapse, the only remaining recourse is resistance—and resistance holds no more regard for the law and constitution than the oppressor does.
