@zhigangsuo If I follow your question- Johannes Weertman's book from 1996 "Dislocation Based Fracture Mechanics" (ISBN 9810226209) comes to mind as a (outdated?) overview. While Knowles&Sternberg are not ref'd, JW notes Leibfried 1951 as 1st dislocation solution of a crack in elastic solid.
