The Tinto Tiptoe for under-14s will be held on Saturday, starting shortly after adults set off in the main Tinto Hill Race. It is the only place to earn a @CarnethyHRC ‘I am a hill runner!’ badge. (2pm, 2km, 10p to enter.)
@runnermdj @AllyBeaven @FellrunningUK@CarnethyHRC This is the route I took, in reverse, some 19 hours into a Rigby Round. Very bad idea - unless you are Alec.
It seems the 30-gel approach to round-running is faster than the 22-banana approach.

@iancampbell251@George_Heriots Pupils have been encouraged to apply for bus passes (and lots have), while the school promotes a range of alternative-to-car travel, such as a ‘walking bus’, and takes part in the Scottish Workplace Journey Challenge.
