I had the honour of joining @HEInuwaYahaya, CON (Dan-Majen Gombe), at the official flag-off of fertilizer sales and distribution for the 2026 wet farming season in Gombe State.

Today’s event is a powerful demonstration of this administration’s unwavering commitment to agriculture , the backbone of our economy and the livelihood of the majority of our people. With the procurement of over 12,000 metric tons of fertilizer and its distribution at a 50% subsidized rate, alongside the provision of critical farming equipment free of charge, this initiative will significantly ease the burden on our farmers and boost productivity across the state.

I am particularly inspired by our Leader's visionary investments in both crop and livestock development, including the Special Agro-Livestock Development Zone and impactful partnerships under programmes such as ACReSAL, RAAMP, and L-PRES. These efforts are not only transforming agriculture but also strengthening food security, creating jobs, and driving economic growth in Gombe State.

As we move into the farming season, I join @HEInuwaYahaya in encouraging our farmers to embrace modern, knowledge-driven agricultural practices and to take advantage of these interventions for improved yield and resilience.

Gombe remains committed to peace, progress, and prosperity. Together, we will continue to build a future where agriculture thrives and our people prosper.

This historic presentation marks not just a personal milestone, but a strong signal of unity, continuity, and our shared commitment to the progress of Gombe State under the @OfficialAPCNg.

I am deeply grateful for the confidence reposed in me and for the warm reception and encouragement from Mr. President @officialABAT. Together, we remain resolute in consolidating on the gains achieved and advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda for the benefit of our people.
