Too much of pressure numbs the thinking process of bankers.Ensure Security, return back the environment free from toxic /threat culture. 5Days week ,Adequate Recruitment,Work life balance is not a WANT but a Need.#UnitedWeStand@FinMinIndia@PMOIndia@nsitharaman
Public sector bank employees in India are overburdened, managing up to 2,500 customers each, while private banks maintain a ratio of around 400-500 per employee.
PSBs have lost over 100,000 staff since FY17, and with 41,177 vacant positions, the gap keeps widening. Despite handling higher business volumes per employee (₹21.99 Cr vs. ₹16.20 Cr in private banks), recruitment has slowed significantly.
Without adequate hiring, service quality, efficiency, and employee well-being are at risk. It’s time for urgent recruitment to support banking operations and public services.

Our salary settlement was fixed based on the percentage hike offered, with the promise of Five-Day Banking as the cherry on top. Now, after using it to justify the hike, the government is backing out. @nsitharaman@DFS_India@PMOIndia@narendramodi@FinMinIndia
Why are bankers always shortchanged? Promises for us, work from us, betrayal to us!

He is Manmohan singh, former PM India
He served India as PM for 10 years.
GDP growth rate was spectacular in his term, poverty was decreasing.
But he was voted out, since then everyone is suffering.
He is 90+ years old and severely I’ll, he can’t even walk but still he reached Rajya Sabha to show his courage and resolve against this fascist govt.
He is epitome of fearlessness and grit.
Godi RBI headed by a person with a degree in History & taking orders from a Master of 'Entire political science', decides to allow banks to compromise with willful defaulters ie frauds, who have siphoned off public money taken from banks.
So that money siphoned off & being enjoyed by scamsters like Nirav Modi, Mehul Chokhi, Sandesaras, Jatin Mehta & Adani et al could be regularised!
He was a mechanical engineer in the entire political science, used a digital camera and an e-mail account in India in 1988, saw people making tea by collecting methane from open sewage with a lid, and he gets an extra 2ab with a formula "a+b × () square(^2)."
Isn't he a genius?
So..I went on a show @IndiaToday unexpectedly yesterday, and answered 3 questions in a row...of which one seems to be a bit popular today😊. Here are all 3 questions and answers, for full context
