Oil extraction companies in 🇳🇬Nigeria:
Chevron- 🇺🇸USA
ExxonMobil- 🇺🇸USA
Shell- 🇬🇧Britain
ENI- 🇮🇹 Italy
TotalEnergies- 🇫🇷France
Moral of the story, 🇺🇸AMERICA, 🇬🇧BRITAIN n 🇫🇷FRANCE IS STEALING NIGERIA'S WEALTH n IMPOVERISHING THE PEOPLE
European imperialism is keeping Nigerians poor.
A lot of men create enemies by telling the truth in the most humiliating way possible. If you want influence inside real hierarchies, learn how to disagree without making the other person feel reduced, because once ego gets involved, people stop responding to logic and start defending pride.
I studied architectural design in Cameroon and every architect they taught me was European. Every movement, every theory, every name on the required reading list. The Great Mosque of Djenné, the Moorish arch, Great Zimbabwe never appeared on any syllabus.
Now I am studying management and every economist is Western. George Ayittey, a Ghanaian who built an entire economic framework for African development, has never appeared in a single lecture. Dambisa Moyo, a Zambian economist who argued that Western aid is destroying African economies, same.
Two disciplines. Not one African name in the required reading.
This is not only an architecture problem. It is medicine, law, economics, history. Every field is taught through a foreign lens and when a student tries to think beyond it they are disciplined for it.
We are not behind because we lack knowledge. We are behind because we were taught that ours does not count.
Please make an extra effort to resist gambling. The ads are all in your face, people winning money and you're thinking why not you. It's a financial sinkhole.
Its addiction is a sickening compulsion. I know times are really hard but please 🤲🏾
I’ll keep saying it, a lot of you need to decenter that Instagram lavish way of life, so you can start thinking like normal humans.
You are a Nigerian , living in Nigeria, no special
talent or skill , fuel is 1300+, rent is skyrocketing everywhere, minimum wage is less than 100k. Trust me you are closer to being homeless than driving that 2025 gle.
Deep down, Ronaldo playing for Portugal is protecting many players from criticism they truly deserve, but when criticism comes, they put everything on him. Once he retires, they will face the pressure
⚽️ 12': England 1-0 Croatia (Kane)
⚽️ 36': England 1-1 Croatia (Baturina)
⚽️ 42': England 2-1 Croatia (Kane)
⚽️ 45+5': England 2-2 Croatia (Musa)
⚽️ 47': England 3-2 Croatia (Bellingham)
WHAT A MATCH! 🏴🇭🇷🍿
People blaming Ronaldo today simply have zero understanding of football. He did nothing wrong and was actually one of Portugal’s most involved players. The real issue was Portugal’s midfield, which was practically non-existent for most of the game. THEY CREATED NOTHING.
The average Nigerian isn't asking for luxury walahi, just stable electricity, decent roads, security, and an economy where hard work actually pays. Why does that still feel like too much to ask? Chai!!!!
