This is Terry Schanz, he is the Chief of Staff for California Assemblywoman Tina McKinnor.

He makes $207,828 a year. That breaks down to $17,319 a month.

He launched a personal attack against @nickshirleyy, a 24 year old independent journalist, when Nick showed up outside the California capitol.

This adult man, that taxpayers employ, held up a sign that read “Allegedly Nick Shirley Has a Small Penis. Prove Me Wrong.”

Schanz is now facing multiple formal HR complaints.

In 2025, his name surfaced in a wrongful termination lawsuit that included bullying allegations. No surprise there.

And in 2026, his office tried to bully a nonprofit news outlet over some video of Assemblywoman McKinnor.

In 2012, Schanz ran for Sacramento City Council and lost, really bad.

This guy is clearly not ok.

Indian nationals Prashant Gajera and Dharaben Davadiya were just convicted of carrying out a PayPal fraud scheme.

Davadiya had just arrived in the US within the last few weeks.

Only here for a few weeks and already committing fraud against US citizens...

Unbelievable.

Both were given a 5-year SUSPENDED prison sentence.
